    Hi, I have a question
is there a town in Arizona with temperatures of around 98 degrees or less in the summer and little or no snow in the winter?
    Thank you, loveyour videos!

Great video! I am going to move to Phoenix with my family from Brazil. We have not yet decided the place. We are looking for an area with good schools (elementary and kindergarten since our kids are 4 and 2 years old). Any suggestion?

Moving To Arizona, I guess Arizona will soon turn into the second Chicago Paradise

We are having a lot of growth and change, but Phoenix has a very different vibe and feel than Chicago since it's still much smaller and more spread out. But it's a great fit for people looking for something more laid back with lots of sunshine ☀

Where is the water for all of those residents?

Great question! That’s something a lot of people have been asking and one of the topics we are going to dive into this month in a video. Arizona has vast water treatment systems and procedures to help ensure there is enough water for the metro area and is constantly finding new ways to reduce water waste and recycle and reuse water in other areas around the city.
There are part of Arizona that are more rural or outside the main metro area that may need to have water delivered or may have difficulty getting water to their property. Some of that is due to water shortage and some is due to politics. We’ll dive into it in a video soon so feel free to check it out to learn more! Do you live in Arizona?

So what youre saying is I shouldn't entertain the idea of moving to the Phoenix area. $$$$$$
I never see any of the various Phoenix channels mention the hobos and whether they're a problem or now

Not at all, I think the Phoenix area is an incredible place to live. I am a native and have lived here my whole life and love this city. No city is perfect, but my goal is to help people see all the different areas and lifestyle options that the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas have to offer! 😊
As with any major city, there are homeless in the area and occasionally you will see them on the side of the road. Parts of the city have a higher rate then others (there is a large population of homeless in the downtown Phoenix area for example) and the city is constantly working to provide more options and solutions each year. The rates in Phoenix are lower than other major cities, but it is always something to be aware of.

You skipped the Kierland area completely. There's far more going on there than anything central. Practically, it's a new city.

You are so right, there is so much going on in the Keirland area and it's such a gorgeous place! 😊 We'll have to do some videos about it soon! What are some of you favorite areas and places to go there?
