It works a treat! The micro adjustment tool is a bit clunky as you need to use two hands to make sure it stays in place and you’ll get sawdust in the hole so need to blow it out every so often but it raises and lowers really well.
Not sure mate. Spares or for different mounting methods or maybe different threads for the different triton models perhaps? I didn’t really pay much attention to them. Just used what I needed.

Why does a Rockler router plate, especially this type made for the Triton routers, come with so many extra screw holes?? I don’t like that
