I’ve had 3/4 years of exhaustion and hot sweats and pain. Before Covid /vaccination I was a really healthy man. I’m not bad now, but thank God I am a therapist and every second friend I have is. If any of this was done on purpose, may they get what they deserve. It’s been really tough like sometimes suicidally so.

I'm a therapist too. I hope to be healthy again. God still runs things. Anything done on purpose God will sort out when the time comes. Don't give up. God's promises are still true.

I have been suffering with what I believe to be vaccine injury and long Covid since late 2021. It has been a rough road for me, with pain in various parts of the body, brain fog, chronic fatigue, heart beat issues, muscles weakness, nerves, etc, you name it. But, I will say that by God's grace I am still here and I am believing for healing and a light at the end of this tunnel, and I want to encourage every person suffering here to do the same. From a physical perspective I have converted to a Keto diet and have noticed the greatest improvements overall. I'm even sleeping again WITHOUT ANY drugs, and after taking various sleep medications since 2022, praise God! I am also trying various supplements. I have had the greatest improvements with high dosage vitamin d3 and k2 supplementation (10000IUs D3 and 100mg K2) and am currently now trying higher dosing of B1 using Benfotiamine (600mg). My prayer is that God uses these supplements and other natural remedies to heal the body along with the power of his Holy Spirit, and I pray the same for everyone who reads this.

Brian, I'm right there with you. I also have been dealing with many of the same issues since having covid in 2021. And I as well get frustrated but then tell myself God is in control and I to truly believe God is healing me. I've been praying and asking God for the truth about covid to be brought out. I for one believe that covid is evil and am praying that God will expose the evil and healing will come to many. God bless.

Me too. Since Oct 2021 I've had long covid. I pray God works to heal us and give us strength. It's hard to trust Him but I'm trying to daily trust Him. He made all things and in Him all things hold together.

Been suffering from LC since having covid July 2022. Palpitations, breathlessness, fatigue and muscle pain are just some of my symptoms among a long list. I noticed some improvement after taking D3 and K2, Benfotiamine, Magnesium Glycinate, NAC, Vitamin C and ALA. Also drinking electrolytes.

I’ve had LHC now for 2 years and diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after I had Covid. All of the doctors I’ve talked to just say there’s nothing they can do for me. My brain fog is so bad at times it’s depressing. How do we get these doctors to do more or which specialist do we see for help?

If you are suffering from long covid symptoms of any sort, read the new book, "Moving Beyond the COVID Lies". In the later chapters you'll find a complete library and discussion of the cause for your condition and treatments for what ever symptoms your body is manifesting - cause and proven treatments. You'll be surprised. I was. I've never felt better.

After four years of struggling and visiting 15 different specialists, no one could tell me what was wrong. They all suggested that it was all in my head. I finally consulted an autoimmune doctor who tested me and found that I have high anti-histone levels. However, this is not related to drug-induced lupus, which is significant because I stopped taking prescriptions two years ago, as they were going to harm me.
Fast forward to now: I’m finally in a long-haul COVID clinic and started using low-dose naltrexone (LDN), gradually increasing my dose to 4.5 mg. I was making progress, moving ten steps forward, but now it feels like I’ve taken ten steps backwards. It’s been an up-and-down roller coaster.
I’m wondering if anyone knows what high anti-histone levels indicate. I’m assuming it might be related to a new autoimmune condition connected to COVID.

No testing or functional medicine approach here. Other than a minimal standard blood test, testing of all other variables have been self funded. An MRI was done but it's about using any standard tool rather than the right one. After 2.5 years and aged 44 I'm finally giving up my job and wondering what's next, no help or direction is being provided to individuals by the state.

Try L Arginine 1500mg and Liposomal vitamin C 1000mg which has in research in Italy helped people with long COVID. So did Amino Ther Pro which is a amino acid mixture. In my case it reduced aching and improved strength. I suggest you get a grip test handle which cost like 25 bugs to measure your strength often to see what works . My strength went up significantly after using them .
Since 2020 I suffered and things can get better but it's trial and error and a long journey. Stress relief helps like using Neurosym device which has clinical evidence for long COVID use that affects the vague nerve .
Last hyperbaric Oxygen therapy shows some evidence of improvement too and sunshine therapy and red light Therapy.
      Best wishes

My doc won’t look at my constellation of symptoms. I just put this together myself. Got Covid Oct 2022 just after I turned 60 and was in the best shape of my life. I never felt like I fully recovered, always fatigued but couldn’t sleep. Constant muscle and joint aches. Normal arthritis for my age that shouldn’t make me feel this bad. Now I never feel like I have muscle recovery. My blood tests are basically normal, but cholesterol spiked and found out my DHEA is very low, cortisol is low except for morning which is normal. Thank you for all this information as I am on my own in my recovery ❤️‍🩹 and good to have a place where I can read about other people’s issues
