    नमस्ते मैं 59 साल का हूँ एक साल पहले गिर गया था तो मेरे दाहिने कूल्हे में चोट लगी कुछ दिन वो ठीक हो गयी!
    6 महीना पहले जब मैं टहलने जाने लगा तो दाहिने कूल्हे में दर्द शुरू हो गया और बाएं भी थोड़ा होने लगा!
    आज डॉ को दिखाया तो बोला कि Lumbar Canal Stenosis यानि कमर की नस को जगह नहीं मिल रही इसलिए टहलते समय दर्द होता है!
    डॉ बोला ये अभी शुरआत है! मेरा प्रश्न है कि आप जो ये excercise बताई हैं उस से मुझे क्या लाभ होगा ?

    hi, I am doing these exercise , feeling good. Actually I am practicing martial arts since last 25 years, but recently identified with lumbar spinal stenosis. I am 40 yrs old and since last 6 months having this issue. After kicking drills i am having deep buttock pain down the leg. Currently not practicing any kicking drills, please suggest if I can go back to my past schedule later some time. Martial arts is my passion. Your reply will be highly appreciated sir.

    Sir ji namaste...mere left pair mai dard hai pichle 3 month se.....chalne par aur jada der tak khara hone se dard bar jata hai..MRI kea to Dr sahab batai k l4 l5 mai nus daba hai islea dard ho raha hai...aur mujhe aage ki taraf thora jukh ne se relief milta hai lekin sida khara hone par dard bar jata hai sathi nus mai khichao hota hai...kuchdin pahele to right ki taraf jukh kar chalna par raha tha sida khara hone se dard bar jata tha... abhi thora sa kam hai lekin jada der bhi chal nahi sakta hu 10/15 step...Dr sahab ple meri help kare kon sa exercise mai karu taki jaldi thik ho jau aur chal saku..namaste 🙏
