The main difference here was panel screen panel technology. QLED is basically an LCD screen only but with small size LEDs array as backlight technology. Image is formed on LCD screen and contrast is provided by QLED backlights. On the other hand, in OLEDs array, screen is formed by OLEDs and contrast is also provided by same LEDs. Manufacturers are hiding a lot from consumers giving catching names to products.

Completely wrong explanation about Qled technology
Traditional LCD panels use White Backlight. This light is passed through RED, Green or Blue filters which makes a pixel. These filters use crystalline particles which align themselves to electric fields (thus known as liquid), that controls the RGB shades.
On the other hand, Qled is similar to LCDs but are different in terms of how they produce RGB colors.
Qled uses Blue Backlight. This backlight when struck on a Quantum Dot, Quantum dot illuminates on its own producing RGB colors in its purest form. Thus Quantum dot displays are way more color accurate than LCD screens.
Summary, Major difference :
LCD - Uses Color Filters
Qled - Uses Quantum dot.
