Hi Nora! No, although there is a dry brush attachment, this does so much more than dry brushing alone. The “teeth” attachment breaks up the facia, while the smooth rollers drain the fluid. The dry brush attachment takes dry brushing to a whole other level. This is a very powerful machine. 😃

Hi Brynn! I did this objective review after using the gadget for a month. I really love the technology and science behind it, so I kind of went overboard. Haha! I wasn't done testing the GLO910 when I published my video, "My Favorite At-Home Anti-Aging Gadgets," so it wasn't included in that video. Yes. It's very pricey. But it's literally 5 gadgets in 1. The price is high, but it's about the same amount as the NuFace Trinity, which is in my video, "my favorite at-home anti-aging devices." It's an investment for sure. But I've had my same NuFace for 3 years now and use it all the time. Same with this product. I use it 4 times a week, so the price seems worth it to me if it's effective and I know I will be consistent with it. I have seen a huge difference.
