It is very difficult now to buy a front garage detached home with a legal suite in calgary for under $1 million.

There are some out there. One of the agents on our team found one for themselves to live in for around 900k or so.

With house prices skyrocketing over the last 10 years, why do real estate fees remain at 5%? Even tax on gas is lowered when gas prices go too high... and that's the government.

There is no set fee in commissions. We also don’t do flat % in Calgary.
