Outstanding design!! Spectacularly gorgeous!! Classy and I love the workmanship. So well done. Fabulous area to live!! There's plenty here in this mind blowing home for everyone in a big family! I imagine this would be a high end exec and family buying - high end careers!! I enjoyed this video so much!! Perfection!! For what a family will be getting this price is actually very good! Well priced for this area and comparable homes. Thanks very much!! 🙂
Excellent house for the Pacific Northwest. Lots of natural light. Plenty of covered patio space. Super nice trim. It just looks cool too. Great job by the designers.
I've been trying to figure out how to pay a cell phone bill while eating bread or KD. Its mind blowing that people have the money to afford these kind of places. It certainly is magnificent but I know I will never be able to experience this kind of life. Thanks for the video Mike & Jaden. I will continue to live my life vicariously through your videos
I understand why the outside shots are very limited. 3.8 million for a small lot in the middle of wind swept prairie. As it is neighbors are just staring at each other thru large glass windows. Many more big trees everywhere would make it better.
Great video! Whats sad about this home is that its almost $4million and it basically has no backyard (at least not one worth this price tag)... and you can literally see into the next house windows etc. why are we so stingy with backyard space in Calgary.. i don't get it...
Not a single room in the house looked either cozy or well thought out!. With 4 million in Calgary you can build such an amazing house even in the close vicinity to downtown. Bearspaw is still ways out! But if prices are getting so crazy, then all the much better for people who have been invested here for a while!
I don’t like how isolated the dining and living space is from the kitchen. Everyone clusters in the kitchen at gatherings, and they once food is self-served your guests have to trek it across the house through the living room and into the “dining room.” I like the big outdoor living space, but Calgary has winter for like 7-8 months out of the year, so this is effectively wasted indoor square footage that could better link the kitchen to the living space.
Almost 4mil and porcelain everywhere, builder saved some $$$ there. Should be natural stone at this price point. Decent house though, nice to see some warmth, occasional use of color would be nice.
@@Propertygrams For what Calgary and Canada have to offer in terms of quality of life a reasonable price would be 1.5m cad. Calgary literally has nothing going on, it's overpriced and getting worst by the day.
holding children hostage up in some houses is definately more important than them getting to live in a restaurant with a kids play ground on some huggies or puppies 4 life
TBH im pretty sure most people would be ok with paying that 3.8M for that property.. its well priced for what u get... unlike some of these LA homes smh
Don't get me wrong, the house itself is beautiful. However, if I am spending almost $4 million on a house, I don't want to be able to reach out and touch my neighbor....I shouldn't even be able to SEE my neighbor!
Beautiful house but each time we see the view outside, whether it be the snow covered pitiful pond or the next door neighbour who seems like a stone through away, I get the feeling this house is overcompensating for the lack of natural beauty outside. Regardless, great house.
This is one of the worst layouts in a new build I have yet to see. Walk half way across the house with food to sit in dining room? Closed off tight kitchen, so not a lot of entertaining there. Not to mention the house right next door which you could probably reach out and touch the side... for 3.8 mill you'd expect way better value. These builders are absolutely tripping with that price.
The layout may prioritize a formal entertaining experience with separate living and dining areas, while the closed-off kitchen offers privacy during gatherings. The pricing likely reflects various factors, including location and market demand, despite proximity to neighboring houses. Preferences may differ, but the design could suit specific needs or preferences!
@@Propertygrams for sure, all very valid points. As usual you guys did an excellent job showcasing the property so didn't mean to direct any negativity your way
The term "primary bedroom" denotes the largest bedroom in the home without the negative connotations associated with "master bedroom." It also avoids implying entitlement to any specific individual in the household.
Ya no thanks ? What a waste of money ! I’ve got 15 acres out in country that will put that house to shame and only paid 1,000,000.00. How much is the utility bills 😂 and land tax ? My god do people like burning money 😂
its makes my so happy when yall post, can we also get a jaden reveal
Maybe at 1M following?! 😊
Canada seriously has the best houses.
Canada is amazing all around!
yayyy Canadian here, thanks :)
Now!!!! THIS IS LUXURY TO A TEE!!!! STUNNING, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOUSE!!!! 100/10
Glad you like!
Saw this house in person, it is absolutely stunning the work, materials, and details that was put into this house!!
You do have to see it in person to truly get the craftsmanship!
Nice house, Mike & Jaden. You guys are awesome!!! Now that's a proper home gym, the best one I've seen in a home tour. Good job, fellas !!
Thanks Erica! You would never need a gym membership with a home gym like that :)
Clean lines, sharp edges.... my vibe for sure. And the interior decor is amazing.
Glad you like it!
The walnut throughout is stunning 🤩
Walnut needs to make a comeback!
I absolutely love the colors in this house. Wow.
Glad you like it!
Fantastic job! You’re a natural. Coming across as authentic is everything!! Thanks for using high pixels and for capturing all the special features.
Thanks, this means a lot!!
Thank you Mike and Jaden for coming back to my life❤

Lots of good ideas to retrofit into an existing home!

Wow!! Great seeing you after a long time

I would sure like the opportunity of cleaning all those windows. Makes a huge difference while showing.
Great to see Mike and Jaden back again.
Glad to be back Carlo!

As an interior designer, this is lovely!
It's nice to see a change from the white oaks etc.
@@Propertygrams It truly is!
This is way nicer than the extremely overpriced condos in NYC. This is wayyy more affordable and you get way more value.

3.8 million for a small lot in the middle of wind swept prairie.
As it is neighbors are just staring at each other thru large glass windows.
Many more big trees everywhere would make it better.
This is a new development, so the trees have yet to mature.
What is the name of the lights over the kitchen island?
We don't have that info sorry
Nice house. I don’t like the kitchen though. Weird placement.
yeah everything is so spead anyway and the tiny cooktop for such a huge house......
It is separated from the great room, but being separated does allow for a massive kitchen
This house looks like a conference center
One i would like to live in ;)

Gorgeous house, but your living in Calgary still... I was expecting this house plus 10 acres for that price
Haven't seen a video in awhile. Looks like the host got a little taller. ;)
Just a few extra insoles 😂
Wait he is back.
Yes, two tours ago!
Beautiful house but nearly 4 million and neighbor right beside you and a small lot! 🤯
Almost 4mil and porcelain everywhere, builder saved some $$$ there. Should be natural stone at this price point. Decent house though, nice to see some warmth, occasional use of color would be nice.
Porcelain have gotten so good and durable that many new home buyers prefer it over natural stone.
Nice house. The first thing I would do is change the stupid location of the frame TV.
Beautiful house however whats odd is the old school dated feel of many of the windows/frames.
They look modern to us?
Go to US buy 5 of them with the same money you spend for one in Calgary and live like a king
3 mill with no pool or privacy in your compound is crazy
Man this Calgary market is so over priced. This home is nice but its not worth 4m dollars in my opinion.
Almost 4M and no land. What a joke!!!!!
What would be a reasonable value/price to you?
@@Propertygrams For what Calgary and Canada have to offer in terms of quality of life a reasonable price would be 1.5m cad. Calgary literally has nothing going on, it's overpriced and getting worst by the day.
This is definitely worth 4 million
Totally not worth 4M!
in the systems of sound stations is in sound stations in the bank., 🏧😔😊😊
Nice house, but I wouldn't live in Calgary because winter too cold and summer too dry. The air is also too moist, its like breathing in mist.
We agree when it comes to the climate, but there are other big factors that make Calgary a great place to live.
holding children hostage up in some houses is definately more important than them getting to live in a restaurant with a kids play ground on some huggies or puppies 4 life
With the same money you can get a royal palace with a private beach in Dubai
Really nice, but you have to live in Calgary
Many worse off places you could be living!
TBH im pretty sure most people would be ok with paying that 3.8M for that property.. its well priced for what u get... unlike some of these LA homes smh
Beautiful home. Too bad it’s surrounded by subdivision houses in Calgary. Should have built it on 20 acres in the Foothills
There are massive power line towers beside the it. No Thanks.
❤
Tell that to Hurricane Chinook😂
In Singapore a home like that will cost more than 20 million
We want to visit Singapore so bad!
Don't get me wrong, the house itself is beautiful. However, if I am spending almost $4 million on a house, I don't want to be able to reach out and touch my neighbor....I shouldn't even be able to SEE my neighbor!
Could do with less rooms, would lower the price a lot
Drink every time he says “here you do have”.
🍺 cheers

once the neighborhood trees mature, it will be better.
This is why it's never worth it to buy a house in Canada, cus this house is worth 900k at most in some places in Texas.
No it would be mostly like 30 mil
900k , is that CAD or USD 😉
Apparently Canadian women don’t have as many clothes as women in the US because that primary closet is tiny.
We have shown many homes in the US that have small closets ;)
The decor is too dark to the point of almost feeling oppressive.
Felt cozy to us
Why am I watching this! I'm poor. 😩
We can all use a little motivation!
Both of y'all are left footed? Just like Messi
We both are, good eye aha
walls of glass equals a cold house. enjoy paying those bills.
These aren't cheap panes of glass and are well Insulated
No garage, no deal. This is Canada not California. Winters are real.
It has a 3 car garage
@@Propertygramsyou should have shown the car garage.. That's what matter more in house tour..
3.8mil and there is no fancy sauna? what a disappointment... lol.
Horrible tasteless waste
For 1.5 million, i will get a nicer house in Houston and have change left over. Calgary has become too overpriced
it's cool but somehow the entire thing feels very masculine.
Nothing a bit of paint and decor can't handle!
@@Propertygrams oh true, I would add a lot of colour and curves!
3.8mil and neighbor 8 ft away 😂😂😂😂
Rather have 400k house no neighbor's for 10mile
and this is why the housing market is gonna crash....hard! 800 in materials and wages but a list price of 3.8...........greed
No garage? Hard pass
