    Challenging all convention of what we've come to expect in an acreage property, 105 Silverhorn Ridge is a visionary masterpiece offered for sale in the Bearspaw estate community of Silverhorn. Achieving both modern and timeless design, West Ridge Fine Homes has built something truly unique in Calgary's luxury home market. Set on 1.77 acres of land, amongst the rolling hills and bluffs of trees, this homes layout and design takes advantage of the area's natural beauty. With over 6600 sq. ft. of living space, the home is both grand and impressive, as well as cozy and inviting.
    Whether it's the feeling of eating dinner within the trees in the fully glass encased dining room space, or its the 14' ceilings through the kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows and fireplace design, you'll start to imagine your life in this home. Designed with how we live in mind, the breakfast nook will be your perfect morning spot to linger over a coffee, or later in the evening with a glass of red wine. High end Miele appliances throughout.
    3 Large Decks on the main floor allow you to enjoy the outdoors in your own way - weather entertaining or just relaxing. Main floor living is central to this homes concept, providing a stunning Master Bedroom Retreat that is both bold in its design and thoughtful in its approach. Awaken IN nature in your Custom Headboard and Bed Frame, with hidden TV in the foot. From here you're steps to the deck, or just steps to your Ensuite with dual vanity, make-up bench, pedestal soaker tub, and oversized, tinted glass custom shower with luxe bronze fixtures. Your walk-in closet is just as you'd expect - crisp, clean, organized, and spacious, with access to the laundry. The half bath is a showpiece in itself, perfectly unexpected for your guests. The open riser staircase, surrounded in windows, with a stunning custom metal rail takes you up to the second floor of the home featuring 2 large bedrooms, both with WIC's and ensuite's, as well as a corner home office with feature glass and wood wall - perfect for those days you're working from home.
    On the walkout level you enter a home meant to be enjoyed with friends and family. Featuring a central 3 way gas fireplace with shelf feature that separates a conversation area and a stunning bar area perfect for the weekends. The burned wood backsplash feature, and minimalist design makes a bold statement, and features a wine fridge and a kegerator, to pick your poison. Step down through games area into your sunken entertainment room, complete with quartz projection screen, an impressive surround sound system, and complete with additional bar seating, and enjoy the game. The main spa bathroom comes with a walk-in steam shower, and the other 2 large BR's both enjoy private ensuites and WIC's. The wine cellar might just be the coolest room in the house. A 3 Car Garage plus shop holds room all your adventures.
    Book your showing now to experience this home, and experience Silverhorn itself.

      Wise investments start with honoring God with your finances. After all everything good in our lives starts with God. All good things come from him. Not just that there is no way to advance without first having a mind that believes it can will and even before you do actually have can see yourself having that which you desire in your mind as being your current reality.

    This house is honestly beautiful, and for ONLY $3M??? Living in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) all my life, I'm used to expensive and overpriced homes. In fact, my own house cost me $3,275,000, and it is NOWHERE NEAR as big as this home. My home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage. Other than that it's pretty average. Backyard is a decent size, but nonetheless, this house is a BARGAIN for $3M dollars. I've actually been thinking of moving my family to Calgary, and this video just pushes me even more to make the move. My house is completely paid off and I could sell it for maybe $3.3M right now. I might actually have to seriously consider moving.

      Thats not the correct way to view it. A place as poulated as Calgary has a lot of untapped potential and the over regulated, that's a statement that rings truth for all of Canada it's the over regulation of egocentric government who are public servants. Where we have been deceived into thinking that means servants of the people yet nothing could be farther from the truth.

    Great work guys 👌the house is not worth the money though .. it's a $ 3 million dollar house , it needs to have marble and expensive features to make it worth while .. the master bedroom was smaller then the bathroom and the closet space 😳 cant understand why ? Rather live in florida and buy a waterfront property for the same money 😊

    • @BradMcCallum
      @BradMcCallum  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's all personal taste and style. For me something isn't luxurious just because it has 'marble' or 'gold'. I agree with you that I'd prefer a place on the water in Florida - but I don't live in Florida. There are 5 million people in Alberta, and people love it here. Should they not also build their dream homes in a place they love? I think so! Although..... I do like warmer weather. :)
