So many things I'm learning since starting the ANS REWIRE program! It all just makes so much sense--I wish more doctors were aware of how to help with this horrific dysfunction...I'm feeling better, little by little--I finally see a light at the end of a long dark tunnel.🙏🏽

Once again thank you for your excellent content. I am in ANSR and have hit a set back unfortunately. I was doing well with the meditation practice and building upon that. I managed to work my way up to 3000-4000 steps per day from 300... then a new batch of GI symptoms began and kind of knocked me off course. The sensitized nervous system went into panic mode... I feel like I have to back up a bit and start again with some of the protocols while I try to work out this SIBO-IBS-malabsorption thing.
The gut brain connection is crazy. I wish my brain would get sorted out then maybe my gut would follow 😄

Such a fundamental building block to treating these conditions. It wasn’t until I understood the role of Neuro plasticity that I was able to head down a path of recovery.

An interesting episode, thank you for sharing. For me at the moment I’m unable to make dietary changes or take any kind of supplements, I have less than 10 foods in my diet 😬. So neural plasticity is where I have to start. Feels like a tall order I can tell you. My mast cells are very unstable. Very interesting to hear that our brain makes the changes while we sleep! Also I do miss hearing my grandma and my dad speaking German. Now that she’s gone dad has no reason to use it, but I do miss it. ❤️🙂

I’m 58 years old , been having pain and swelling in different parts of my body sense I turned 54 I would have days where I couldn’t walk for 3-4 days , I can’t straighten my arms because my elbows larger and in pain hot to the touch

To me it seems like you can realize anything (realizable) what you want - also reaching your dreams. Dan, would you agree with that? Neuroplasticity is now also being used for other conditions. I wonder if it could be used for healing cancer - with mind so to speak.

My CFS stems from SIBO (through many relapses I am very confident to say that). I got SIBO after using Ciprofloxacin. I also have a profound dysbiosis. Did your dysbiosis cleared up after doing neuroplasticity training?
