Wonderful interview, both of you. As a therapist myself and someone living with CFS (and I've done your programme and read your book, Dan), good to hear mention of the quality of therapist/client relationship being so important to Lynne. The evidence in the therapy world emphasises time and time again that the relationship is the game-changer, redardless of the approach. Thanks so much again for this! Of note: fantastic that this worked for Lynne but worth noting that in the UK, CBT in its purist form is not seen as the cure-all that some would have us believe.
