    nag meditate, ako ang grabe inimprove ng stamina ko, and mental strength ko mas naging peaceful, mas nagkaroon ng mental fortitude sa pag rurunning, kalaban lang talaga sarili

    Never ko sinearch ang benefit at paano mag meditate. Eto pala yun grabe sobrang nakaka gulat yung explanation nyo sir. Parang eto na yung hinahanap ng sarili ko para kumalma haha medyo overthinker kasi ako saka maliit na bagay nakaka gawa ng kwento agad sa utak at isip. Aaralin ko nga tong meditation ♥️

    Pang 3rd ko na mag meditate di ko maiwasan pero lagi akong inaabot ng 20mins...about sa pag react sa katawan katulad ng pagkagat ng lamok naiinda ko na sya.. Pero ung emotion di pa mejo madali pa din ako mag react lalo n pag galit... Mukhang mahaba habang training pa gagawin ko.

    Ok po Sir salamat po sa pag share newbie lang din po ako sir ilang araw palang ako nag try meditation third eye.kaya pala nararamdam ko parang na eeretate ako hindi ko mapaliwag yun pala ang epekto

    May ilang beses ko nang napanood ang video na ito siguro heto ang may pinakamaraming beses na napanood ko sa mga video mo kasi gusto ko talagang intindihin kung paano mag meditate. Kaya nag download na ko ng headspace 10 days na kong nag e exercise. Naging organize yung utak ko sa dami ng mga gusto kong gawin. May mga pinpoint na hindi ko kailangan gawin kaya nakapag bigay ako ng mas maraming time sa mga importanteng bagay gaya ng pagreview sa exams at pag apply ng trabaho. Ongoing pa rin ang pag aaral ko ng meditation through headspace kahit may mga hindi ko maintindihan humahanap na lang ako ng paraan. Hindi ko pa masabi kung ano ang improvement dahil kauumpisa ko lang pero may mga pagbabago na sa daily routine ko. Salamat nga pala sa pagbahagi nito kung kaya nagsupport ako sa exclusive Q and A mo sa Facebook dahil interesado rin ako sa ganito bukod sa pagbibisikleta.

    Meditation changed my life for the better. I first sat in a 10-day silent meditation retreat in 2011, and until now I am reaping its benefits. Hindi mawawala ang problema pag nagmeditate, but you learn how to deal with it. I try to sit in a retreat at least once a year, natigil lang nitong pandemic. Hope to be able to go again.

    Lods share ko lang po. From meditation at law of attraction or (new age movement) ako ay naging christian.
    Nung natuto po ako mag meditation okay naman siya masarap feeling pero nung mga halos 3 months na ako nag memeditate at sa isang araw 1-3 hours ay naging deppress po ako at ang lala ng anxiety ko at may suicidal thoughts din po at nanaginip din ako na pinaglalaruan ako ng demons. Hanggang sa isang araw nag research ako kung bakit ganun ang effects saakin. nakita ko na meditation can open your third eye pala at pepwede kang pasukin ng demons dahil sa meditation. Dahil nga deppress ako ay kay Jesus nalang ako lumapit at nag babasa ng bible mag mula noon nawala lahat ng mga yun.
    Mag research po kayo sa dangers of meditation. tapos yung mga testimonies po ng new age to Christian

Like what I’ve said there are thousands of ways to meditate if you look sa experience mo meditation ang nagdala sayo kay Jesus and I’m happy for you na kahit may mga negative ka na experience eh you still found the right path. kaya hindi ako nagturo ng meditation sa video kasi sobrang daming ways ang nagustuhan ko sa Headspace is walang halong religion just pure mindfulness and improvement. Hindi ko alam yung new age movement but I will search about it. Thank you for sharing 🤙🏼

    Ask ko lng po...Meditate po bah ung pagbabasa ng bibliya? Kc habang ngbabasa akoh ng bible ay nagiging positive akoh sa buhay...nawala lahat ng negative na pagiisip...dahil sa mga mabuti salita ng panginoon...

    Hindi Po ba binibitawan ang ISIP at nagiging observer at watcher ka lang sa mind... ung awareness or consciousness u ung pinalalakas at pinalalawak ..ung nanonood at nakikinig po sa nagsasalita sa loob Ng ulo? Ung katawan at isip ay mawawala at mamamatay ,ang mananatili po ay ang nanonood sa palabas ng isip? SA meditation mauunawaan mo ang ANATTA or NO SELF at ANICCA or IMPERMANENCE, may self realization thru meditation, makikita mo na hindi ikaw ang isip, katawan o emosyon,... ikaw ang nanonood at nakikinig sa isip.. infinite consciousness, pag naunawaan mo ito, dito ka na magsisimulang magising at magiging malaya sa lahat ng uri ng pag durusa, especially emotional at mental suffering
