My biggest takeaway from this video is that the world is amplified by the gadgets we use and we lose ourselves by the doing and become completely uncentered and lost. My plan of action for the next week is to be present in whatever I'm doing to reach my goals.

Evan, sorry, but I am disturbed by your choice of thumbnail. I've been reading, watching, and listening to Eckhart for at least a decade. I could be wrong, but I cannot fathom him wearing such a jacket and pose for it that way for a photograph, which leads me to surmise that you digitally dressed him up. As such it's antithetical to his teachings. What's next, putting him in a Speedo? I'm all for more people accessing his teaching, but repackaging it in this way in a high-energy, self-help, bullet point format can compromise his message.

I have the exact same idea. Plus the cuts, the adding videos between…this is the exact opposite of what the present moment is about…it means one think you can combine this spiritual process with these full speed videos with full images…it’s a total misunderstanding of what these teachings call to..
