    Naiintindihan po kita Ms. K. Nagaalala po talaga ako sa anxiety at depression attacks. May suicidal side po ako pero dahil sa Panginoon, kumakalma po ako at nakaka-survive. Deep breathing lang at inom ng enough water at tulof pang ng maaga. lots of prayers 🙏 din po. Totoo po lahat ng mga shared info nyo po. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng inspiration.     Hello Ms K. thanks for uploading this video, nakakainspire. I've been suffering from anxiety and panic attack for 15 years at 2 yrs ago I started to see a psychiatrist dahil na rin sa suggestion ng father in law ko. Dun ko lang nalaman at naintindihan for many yrs. I'm also taking medication at ibat ibang meditation exercises. Nung nasa senior highschool po ako nagkapanick attack ako in the middle of the class, hindi makahinga, disoriented at kusang tumitiklop mga kamay ko. It's really embarassing and not easy lalo naapektuhan work at everyday social activities. Pero laban lang at support from friends and family lagi... and lastly pray lang kay God.

    Thank you so much for this, Ms. K, for using your platform to spread awareness about anxiety and the importance of mental health. Hanggang ngayon, meron pa ring stigma surrounding it, pero slowly and surely mas naiintindihan ito ng mga tao. A lot of people still don't take mental health issues seriously because they are invisible, di katulad ng mga pisikal na sakit... Pero kung gaano kalaki ang epekto ng physical health sa isang tao ay ganun din kalaki ang epekto ng mental health, kaya dapat natin itong pagtuunan ng pansin at alagaan. Even the most physically healthy person in the world can have poor mental health, pero sino naman ang mag-aakala kasi nga ang healthy niya tingnan kung sa panlabas na kaanyuan ang pag-uusapan? You never know talaga. (That's why it's also important to be kind to other people, because you never know what they're going through.)
    I know people close to me who suffer from anxiety attacks and even depression. Luckily, they have a good support system surrounding them and have sought help. Always remember: *There is nothing wrong with seeking help!* It does not make you a lesser or weaker person. If anything, it makes you stronger for coming out and taking the initiative to overcome whatever you're going through!
    At wala namang masama sa pagpapalaki ng abs sa mukha as long as ito ay dahil sa tawa! 😄

    K! You’ve seriously gained my respect by a million. Most traditional Filipinos from past generations think it’s just something that we can all just brush off and go on with our lives, but it’s not that easy. I hope you realize how groundbreaking it is as an artist in the industry/culture to come out with this illness. I have it and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.     I am literally crying while watching this hindi kasing lala ng kay mam K pero nakakatakot i went to the doctor last week they checked my sugar,bp and potassium everthing was normal ...and now i am thinking na pumunta sa ibang clinic kase di ako kuntento though i had this issue years years ago and 2 of my sisters had it too pero yung takot pag sumusumpong is so terrifying 😭😭 nakakagaan na makita na hindi ako nagiisa at di akp nababaliw at may nakakaintindi sa nararamdaman ko .Pray talga ang best healing at sarili mo .Ayoko makarinig ng negative kase nagpapanic ako nanginginig ako sa takot

    Thank you for this Ms. K.. Napapangiti mo ko pero nung nabanggit mong d kami nag iisa.. Naiyak ako.. Buti nlang depression papang sakin.. Kaso nagiging suicidal ako buti nlng nagrorosary din ako kaya siguro nakakapag isaip pako ng mabuti ..Love you for this 😘😘

    salamat po Ms. K, malaking tulong po yong pag share nyo sa amin. mijo naging maluwag nayong pakiramdam ko. 11 years na akong my anxiety disorder at hindi na ako pumupunta sa mijo malayo sa amin kasi natatakot ako mag panic attack naapiktohan na yong buhay ko. tapos ngayon dalawa na anak ko.. nagtatapangtapangan nalang ako para sa mga anak ko tinitiis kulang yung panic ko.. pero dahil jan sa video mo nabuhayan ako nang loob.. maraming salamat

    Thank you teh..Ms K I have anxiety/panic disorder din, may meds ako pero di ko pa iniinom kc marami akong nababasa mga side effect at yung bounce back effect etc. And its helps the awareness din na marami tayong may ganyan dissorder..prayers and relaxation.

    You are spot on Miss K. I’m a clinician and you explained anxiety very well. Mental health is very important to everyone. Let’s take care of ourselves and must seek medical attention without feeling ashamed or stigmatized. We can still live a normal life even if we have mental health related issues - only when we seek medical help and surround ourselves with people who support us. Hats off to you Miss K. Thank you for sharing your story!

    Salamat po Ms.K sobrang pinapahirapan po ako ng sakit na to..5x a week kung umatake wlang pinipiling oras,pag nag papanic attack nko pkiramdam ko katapusan ko na,sobrang balisa ako na wla nman dahilan..katulad nyo po lahat ng klase ng check up gnawa ko na nag maintenance na din ako ng para sa highblood pero d nman daw aq highblood..tumataas lng daw tlga bp ntin pag nag papanic attack tyo..sobrang natuwa ako ng napanuod ko to ang dami plang may ganitong klaseng pkiramdam akala ko ako lng..nagtataka kc ako lahat ng medical ko normal as in lahat lahat,sa ngaun umaatake pa din pero may gamot na din ako INDERAL..gusto ko na din to tigilan kaso dko alam pano lalabanan tong sakit na to,salamat po ulit Ms.K malaking tulong tong video na to

Kasi I am so very confused sa sickness ko talga 😢 I already came from hospital, pabalik pabalik sa doctors ko then nag iisa nag findings nila" stress " and nag karoon ako ng hypertension dahil sa panicking, Nervousness and fears na narrmdaman ko last time hindi ko na alam kung ano gngwa ko kasi na oout of mind na ako but still I'm trying to conquer it.. Pag lumalabas ako feeling ko hndi na ako makahinga at nag papanick ako sa labas but when I'm home ok na ok nmn ako.. Then hanggang sa may isang nurse ako na nakausap bukod sa doctors ko na she said you have anxiety and need mo controlin yong self mo habang kaya mo pa.. Mas mahirap lang kasi my family doesn't know this kasi ayoko sila mamoblema sakin. Even driving or walking by myself alone outside nag papanick tlaga ako like I wanna cry na hndi ko alam.. Thank you for sharing this video sana ma overcome ntin tong lahat.. Even mag enjoy or maging active sa everyday living hndi ko kaya last time but now sa help ng mga friends ko while they are talking and comforting me makes me calm in addition anxiety music for calming helps me a lot.. Nakakatulog na ako ng maaga and kaht papnu nakakaya ko na ulit and nagiging active sa Every day activities ko na gngawa but still their are times na sinusumpong pa rin ako and I feel dizzy nervousness panicking and palpitations gngawa ko inom nlng ng water and making may self calm..     Hi ms. K.. thnks for sharing. I experienced weird things this past weeks, pag magisa nalang ako , walang tigil yung utak ko na mag isip, kahit ayokong isipin umaandar siya mag isa, nag heart papalpitate ako, heavy shoulders , tight yung batok ko, and madalas yung migraine ko.. Wala akong masabihan ng condition ko kasi baka isipin normal lang yan nag ooverthink lang ako.. up until napanood ko tong video mo. Thnk you so much. While watching and typing this messge, naiiyak ako.. 😭

      Hi mam. Axiety dis order din ako siguro same tayu. Ask ko lng if ano klase bang mga naiisp mo or ung mga fumatakbo sa isip mo.? Ganyang din ako. Hindi ako nkakatulog ng maayus. Natatakot ndin nga ako minsan. Lagi kang natutulog or kapag sobrang pagod na isip mo itinutulog ko nalng then pag gising ko same padin sya ng pakiramdam

    hello miss k. i have obsessive compulsive disorder, isang type ng anxiety disorder at sakit ko na to for 12 years. may mga pagkakataon po talaga na di ko macontrol ang mga intrusive thoughts at may mga times na nakakaapekto ang aking anxiety sa aking pang araw araw na gawain pero miss k. nacocontrol ko po sa pamamagitan ng panonood ng mga video na nakakatawa at magbasa ng mga kalokohan. totoo po yung mga sinabi nyo. i don't wanna resort to meds kase maraming nag attest na lumalala ang condition nila so mas pinili ko yung talk therapy with friends at tsaka ang pagtawa ng madalas. minsan nararamdaman ko na nag iisa ako sa ganitong anxiety pero isa rin sa paraan para macope up ang anxiety ko ay panoorin ang video na to dahil nakakagoodvibes po. have a nice day po miss k

    More than a year ago na pala itong video na ito but it feels like ngayun lang naupload. It struck me kasi I've always watched your videos whether concert or sa comedy bar. Nakakawala ng mga bad vibes dahil tawa lang ako ng tawa sa mga videos nyo. Pero just like you I have been suffering from anxiety attacks and though I acknowledged it, I did not seek professional help. I have tried different ways to cope up and isa nga po dun ung listening to relaxing instrumental music, or di kaya coloring and organizing things in the house.
    I haven't take any meds kasi nga po hindi naman ako nagpapaconsult sa professional. Although may mga attacks ako ng kagaya ng sa inyo but not on a regular basis. When it first happened to me I thought may sakit ako sa puso. Nung sinugod ako sa hospital lahat ng vital signs ko were ok and I am healthy. Narinig ko sabi ng doktor sa friend ko na nagsugod sa akin sa ospital baka daw it's just in my head and that I should consult a psychiatrist. Then I have realized na yung mga previous attacks ko na naghahyperventilate ako and hindi ako makahinga were signs of anxiety attacks.
    Mahirap lang po minsan na kapag sinasabi ko ang kundisyon ko sa mga friends ko hindi sila naniniwala kasi ang tingin nila sa akin strong ang personality and positive outlook palagi. Pero by God's grace and mercy, I am surviving and I take it one day at a time. So seeing and hearing you talk about this is something that is so inspiring and encouraging. Thank you, Ms. K!     Hello miss K Brosas! Ramdam po kita miss K, ako rin I've been suffering from Panic Attack as well, since 2013.. On and off nga lang po cya, but at the moment bumalik na nman.. I've been living here in Germany, pero dala dala ko parin itong Panic Attack ko... My panic attack makes my life really hard pero with my medication and tamang management, I can control myself.. Pwede po tayong magkuwentuhan miss K! We can support each other.. :) Lots of hugs and love from Germany, Erick.. Kaya po yan miss K! Laban lang po!

    pareng K try mo ang gratitude" kapag nakakaramdam ka ng negative feelings, sa positive ka magpokus maghanap ka ng ipagpapasalamat mo sa mga negative na nararamdaman mo, sample if you palpitate pray and say thank you kase umaandar ang orasan at matatapos din ang palpitation na ito' sa lahat ng ginagawa mo sa maghapon kahit maliit o malaki, maghanap ka ng ipagpapasalamat' promis ko sayo sobrang effective nito papaputol ko ang mga pwedeng putulin saken pag di tumalab sayo to' pero kailangan practice araw araw to' dimo mararamdaman epekto nito overnight' try mo ng 1week araw araw 50 thank you a day. im planning to take up my masteral in psychology sobrang effective saken nito' gusto ko syang i prove na study. replayan moko agad pare pag naramdaman mo epekto, dika gagastos dito pre, promis it will change everything in your life. remember everyday ang practise ha walang kahit na anong excuse para dimo ito gawin. goodluck sa journey pre dika nag iisa, you should be proud kase pag nalampasan mo yan superhuman ka na sa tibay...

      Aq po Hindi p nag ppa check up qng anxiety nga po itong sakit q pero ung mga sight ng may anxiety nrramdaman q po lalo ang mlaking takot. Bigla2 nlng po ssulpot puro negative po. Palpitite mdalas din po at pkiramdam q po bbigay n aq😢 sa ngaun po ang dmi q kinattakutan pati po pagkain lagi pumapasuk s icip q baka mlason aq or kmi. pati s ibang tao nwwalan n aq ng tiwala.     Thanks for sharing K brosas. Im suffering for it more than 10 yrs na and sobra talagang hindi maganda sa pakiramdam kasi yung feeling na hindi ka normal. Same na same sa mga naramdaman mo madame kaya thank you kasi di lang pala ako ang nakakaranas ng ganitong disorder. Im taking medication until now and im looking my psychiatrist every month and yung meditation and breathing exercises nakaktulong pero sana talaga po may makatulong sa atin para maibalik yung normal na pakiramdam ng tao.

      claude reyes yes po. Still taking meds pero for prevention lang tsaka pag malala yung atake. Mahirap na din kasi tanggalin kasi naging dependent na katawan ko kaya medyo mahirap pah di ako nakakainom. Sana nga po may psych na makapagpabalik sa atin sa normal na pakiramdam :(

      dyosa ng buhay ko good thing wala ako problema sa pagtulog pero pareho tayo na takot lumabas dati pero na conquer ko na pero hirap ako sa mga masisikip na lugar kasi baka nga mahimatay ako kaya panic lagi kahit ngayon nararamdaman ko pa din.

I was diagnose with chronic depression. i was seing a councilor when i was in NY but ngayon that i'm staying in Cali. i need to find me a councilor.       advise kita ng mga tips ko.. pag inatake ka ng panic attack, inhale sa nose, exhale sa mouth mga 4 seconds each way, continue doing it then at d same time, grab some ice cubes or ice, anythng cold sa freezer...hawak hawakan mo...pahid mo sa mukha, batok, leeg and chest mo, sa talampakan..the cold will keep you grounded...just keep doing it hanggang mag subside...ask someone or if kaya mo,,pakulo ka water konti lang, buy ka organic honey....1 tsp of honey sa mainit2 na water kahit 1/2 cup lang,,drink as hot that you can slowly..it will relax your gut, relieve bloating and chest tightness..then yoga and meditation po..

    I found your channel just today. I had to search anxiety attack kasi sobrang taas na ng temperature ko, nasusuka, mejo masakit ang ulo at lakas ng tibok ng puso. Ngayon habang pinapanood ko to nareregulate ko paghinga ko. Kailangan ko ma divert ang utak ko buong magdamag. Ang hirap. Magko-consult na ako sa psychiatrist. Hindi ko na kaya. Natatakot ako baka bigla na lang ako ma stroke o heart attack dahil sa taas ng bp ko.

    I had that experience when I was in college. Nasa fx pa ako noon. Ganyn na ganyan ang symptoms ko. Bnigyan ako ng doctor ng candy and paper bag para doon huminga. I will never forget that. Nangyari yan noon nakita ko na niloko ako ng boyfriend ko noon. I think hanggng mga nasa 25 yrs old ako dala ko yan. Gigising ako sa madaling araw inaatake ako. Yung mga kamay ko bumabaluktot tapos hndi ako makahinga pagdating sa hospital wala naman akong sakit. Bnibigyn lang nila ako ng oxygen at pang pakalma. Sa ngayon 33 na ako hindi pa ulit siya umaatake. Pero thank you so much sa pagshare mo. Atleast I know where I am going the next time.

    Thanks po ms.K, Ako din po nakakaranas din Ng anxiety, for almost 9 years na. Dati Po nahihirapan din ako huminga seasonal lang po. Straight 4 days po Yan pero sa apat na araw na Yan mga 15 minutes lang ako inaatake Ng hirap sa paghinga tapos mawawala na... Tapos Po nung pumasok sa taong july 2018 nung matutulog na ako bigla nalang akong Hindi makahinga Kaya agad agad akong pumunta Ng hospital Kasi kala ko mamatay na ako at madaming hospital na din po akong pinuntahan at madaming laboratory test na ginawa sakin tulad Ng Spirometry test, ECG test, stress test, 2d echo test, etc., normal Naman po lahat Ng test Doon Po nakita Ng doctor na may anxiety daw po ako... At araw araw po ako inaatake Ng anxiety ko mas malala po ngayon kumpara Noong 2012 Kasi dati seasonal lang at ilang araw lang ako aatakihin Ng anxiety at nung july 2018 dumami Po maramdaman ko, nahihirapan akong huminga parang nang lalambot at feeling mamatay na, nagkakaroon Ng acid reflux, makabog Ang dibdib at Kahit ano ano naiisip ko na takot.. Lalo na paginiisip ko baka mahirapan Naman akong huminga. Ayon papasok na mahihirapan talaga akong huminga na. tapos madaming akong naiisip na may mangyayare masama sa mga Mahal ko sa buhay.. Kaya Hindi na ako nakakahinga... Sa ngayon 2019 medjo ok ok na po kunti kunti nalang sinasadios ko nalang Kaya nakakaya ko na at bihira nalang akong atakihin Ng anxiety..
    Advise ko Po sa may ganitong karamdaman. magtiwala lang po Kayo sa dios ipa sa dios nyo nalang po normal pong matakot pero malaking pagbabago Po Hindi na po Kayo masyadong mahihirapan huminga at manglalambot.
    Sabi Po ni doc. Willie Ong 100% na may anxiety humahaba Ang buhay Kasi takot sa lahat.. god bless Po Kaya natin to.. tiwala sa panginoon mawawa Ang anxiety natin..

      Hi sis my name is tess santos.. Ako d ko alam kong anxiety itung nararamdaman ko ng umpisa itu 2018 pa untill now. Nakakatakot minsan para akong nasa ibang lugar. Wired fellings. Then nakakaranas ako ng trumbling body.kapag nag uumpisa ng mag isip ng kong ano ano. Minsan nga ung mga d ko namn gustung isipin bigla nlng sumasagi sa isip ko 😢😢hindi ako nakakatulog ng maayus talaga masaskit lagi ung ulo ko ung likod ko then out of balance nanlalambot yung mga kamay at paa. Kapg ng sstart na sya ganoon itinutulog ko nalng. Ang hirap talga.

    Lahat po ng naramdaman nyo nararamdaman ko starting 19yrs old ngayon 25yrs old na po ako. Pag nagagalit ako at pag may nararamdaman akong sakit ayon nag papanic parin.. Lexotan po tinitake ko pero ngayon nilalaban ko po. Kc dahil sa nervous nag ka GERD ako acid reflux.. Eto po positve nanaman ako kahit napaka negative ko kahit lalaki minsan pinang hihinaan ako at eto sa dios nalang ako sumasandal. Thank you sa pag open up ngayon alam ko di ako nag iisa. At marami din pala nakaka ranas nito sana mag karoon ng group sa pilipinas para sa mga may ganito karamdaman yung coping para sa mga may anxeity anxous at panic attack and depression

      Papalitan mo yung gamot mo. Mga benzodiazepines ang mga yan magiging dependent ka sa mga yan at nkka addict. Sbihin mo sa doc mo subukan mo ang mga anti depressant. Tulad ng lexapro o jovia

Iam Ryan Jay 13 yrs working at Doha Qatar ganyan po ang naramdaman ko lahat normal aq sa internal Dr. Ko as in lahat normal kaya sabi ko sa sarili i need help of psychiatrist kinabukasan nag pa check up aq and sabi ng Dr. Ko meron aq panic attack or anxiety attack/ depression nag star lang nag trigger sakin nung May 19 2021 thank you Lord God ngaun magaling na aq exercise breathing ginagawa ko and puro masasaya pinapanuod ko and exercise at sabi din sakin ng Dr. Aq lang din makakatulong sa sarili ko kaya kapwg may toxic na nangyayari or negative umiiwas na aq hnd kc nakakatulong un sa mga meron disorder na katulad natin kaya if may mga symptoms na po kau like samin ni Mami K. Mag pacheck up nw po kau sa psychiatrist taas nuo po aq sa mga psychiatrist patient.. God Bless and keep safe…

    Support system. Ung mga taong handang makinig sa sasabihin at kwento mo. Ung d ka butata sa bawat hinaing mo, na invalidated lahat ng feelings mo or ung mga sinasabi mo or rejected ka kaagad. Kaya nanahimik ka na lang at kimkimin ang mga nasa puso at isip mo kaya un nag full blown anxiety. Support system. And it should start from family sana before hanapin sa ibang tao.

    Thanks K. I suffer the same. My worst is anticipatory anxiety, the fear of travelling alone on a bus or a cab lalo na sa Philippines na ma-traffic. Abroad hindi naman ako nagpapanic when travelling. It's wierd because maybe hindi matraffic sa mga pinunpuntahan ko. It's a big struggle. Painful and difficult but hanging on. I have a therapist and I take meds. I do yoga, I pray. Be strong everyone! 💪

      actually palagi akong bumabyahe kasi technician ako sa isang bus company.. lalo na kung need ng service ung bus....mahilig din ako magservice ng tattoo out of town... kasi tattoo artist din po ako.. palagi rin ako bumabyahe alone.. but nung time na sumakay ako nun sa van na parang walang aircon..papasok ako ng trabaho nightshift sa isang office ng company nito lang april 1, 2018 dun nagumpisa ang lahat.. pero nararamdaman ko na sya dati pa.. pero nun lang talaga grabe ung attack sakin as in panic attack talaga.. halos isang oras korin syang nilabanan.. napapasigaw ako ng "tama na" then titingin ung ibang pasahero sakin at akala nila baliw ako kasi kinakagat ko na ung kanang kamay ko para lang mabaling ung mga iniisip ko sa sakit ng pagkakakagat ko sa sarili ko.. sobrang weird ng nangyayari sakin.. now pinagiisipan ko magpahinga muna sa trabaho.. at ibahin ang lifestyle.. searching for cure and pray.. salamat po.. nang malaman ko na hindi pala ako nagiisa medyo humihignaw na ung pakiramdam ko.. kahit paano.. GOD BLESS po at stay safe.. ;)

      Brave Thaskee Actually ako din nagbago ng career dahil sa panic attack ko- fear of flying na sobra. Hindi ako makasakay ng eroplano. Pero tinulungan ko ang sarili ko. Pinilit ko ulit lumabas mag-isa, una nagpapasama ako sa yaya sa mga trabaho ko, tapos magisa ako, then finally went to a psychiatrist. Now it's very manageable. I still get it but I already know what to do. Hindi na ako tumatakbo sa emergency room. I travel on my own. Get help para makapagtrabaho ka pa rin ng maayos. Believe me magiging manageable ang panic disorder mo. Thank you and God bless you, too.

    I feel you tehhh..its been 3 years for me. Problema ko lang I always have this panic attack and medyo naapektuhan na yung work ko. Nasa ibang bansa kc ako..away from my family so ang hirap talaga for me. I have been to different hospitals pero wala naman daw akong sakit pero laging masama ang pakiramdam ko.

    got mine from trauma, fear that i almost collapsed in a crowded place alone and one time with my 4 yrs old daughter then. Phobia na bumiyahe na baka magcollapse. Thank God naka recover unti unti with positive mind and faith.

      myciarona moments we have the same symptoms. I can't take the bus or mrt minsan na magisa kasi baka magcollapse ako. But I'm managing to deal with it with professional help, friends who know and I can call anytime I get an attack and sheer willpower. Minsan iniisip ko lang,kung oras ko oras ko na. And it works. Ang dami ko na napuntahan na lugar sa mundo na ako lang magisa. It's part of my job so I say, 'good job, Heidi!' Kayo din, stay strong!

    we have the same xperience po!hanggang ngayon inaataki pa rin ako pro hndi ko iniinom ung gamot na bnigay ng doctor kasi gus2 ko i manage at i control nlang ang sarili ko at kmakain nlang ako ng mga fruits at pagkain na nkpagparelax po sa akin..Thank you po sa video nyo akala ko ako lng ang may kramdaman na gnito, ang masakit kasi pati mga mahal ko akala nla ngdadrama dramahan lng ako..totoo yon mga sama ng loob mula pgkabata hanggang ngayon ay naiipon,mahilig kasi akng mgkimkim ng galit..hindi po mdali gnitong karamdaman..

    U r not alone k. Im also diagnosed. Problema ko nga lang bwl kc m mix yong gamot with alcohol. Nklimotan ko minsan.
