    I usually work out in the morning, but didn't today and didn't want to skip out. excited to give this a go, and commenting beforehand so I can just lay down and rest upon completion. If I get a reply I'll drop my opinion and results in the morning 🌄

    This has been so helpful to me. Be using it off and on since you made the video. So helpful for anxiety/insomnia and sore body from a busy day. I get extra sore due to Lyme disease and this helps my achey muscles and joints.
