It looks to me like people put these buildings sometimes in the most obscure places I guess hoping when they get repoed they won't be able to find them . Great job. Those Beatles want to take a trip.
You're wrong, unrestricted and unimproved land is where you can put a portable building of this size. The builder delivers normally because moving a building is not cheap especially for someone who couldn't make the payments.

Are you required to do anything about bugs/pests and any other critters you find on or in the sheds you reposes? My thinking is you could bring an infested shed back to the reposesors facility and all those critters could spread to the clean un infested units around it.
There does seem like these places are hooked on to any utilities before moving these buildings. Has some one come into take care of that? Or we just aren’t seeing the repo guy taking care of that off camera or these buildings not hooked up because it isn’t built out.

That would be unfortunate to find, luckily we’ve never found any dead human bodies but we have found dead animals in the buildings before but we always check it first before we load up

After the storms of 2016 on a whelm I went and visited a very expensive neighborhood that was so flooded that the government moved all the people out of that area because the developers paid someone off at the permitting office and got them to allow them to build directly in the middle of a swamp and drainage basin. These was 500K and million dollar homes. I ended up adopting 6 cats I found locked inside of abandoned homes and there were very expensive dogs left behind starving. I ended up going back after buying dog and cat food and fed the animals I spotted and found. I did Called 911 and the SPCA and reported it. My oldest cat died in 2018 he was 19 years of age. I am still mourning him I cant imagine the character of these people whom left their pet children behind.

We don’t have to have a warrant when they sign the contract they give us permission to retrieve the property if they ever fall delinquent on their payments we have the paperwork and the contract that they sign and if it ever gets sketchy and we can’t retrieve the building it gets turned over to the legal department and that’s when we go out with a police escort
