For all the kind hearted soft people in the comments: this has already gone through the courts, the question of ownership has been decided. The police were there because the shed company or lender’s dealings with the homeowner antics had already forced this to go through the courts as opposed to being a simple repossession. A court sanctioned repossession is no small affair. By the time the sheriff’s are there this homeowner has had the benefit of time and legal process. Let’s give his story that the shed came with the house some logic: this would be the same as someone who unknowingly buys a stolen car - the car (this shed) will be returned to its legal owner and would then become the basis of a lawsuit by the homebuyer against the seller. If he presented this defense that it came with the house in his court appearance the judge would have informed him of this.
Problem being; This guy didn't receive service...? He needs an atty. Typically (unless specifically stated otherwise), Everything on tje property belongs to him, when signing the contract on the house...At the very least, the repo man is responsible for returning the fence to it's original condition. He needs to sue the previous home owner for any cost he has because of this. He should also sue the realtor for false advertising, how do we know if the shed wasn't the deciding factor to buying that house.
If it really was bought by the provious owner of the house, and went into default, the new owner of the house missed a great chance to buy the shed. The co. probably would have cut him a deal to not have to mess with doing the repo.

I find it hard to believe the homeowner wasn't warned about the repo way ahead of time. At the beginning of the video it sounds like he knew this was coming and didn’t understand why he couldn't jus pay it off. If he was a victim in the middle of the previous parties, he could have gone to an attorney to fight this. If it did happen the way he said, I would have worked with the repo company to pick it up and then gone after the title company and previous owner.
I would expect some court documents of his own in the near future...
@@brentfarvors192 there is a very good chance the shed company had a proper lien filed on the shed and that is why they won the court case and that lien would have been present at the time of the home purchase......just because it is on the property at the time of sale that does not mean you own it....if it had been a rental car the previous owner had not turned in the rental company could claim it no problem
@@brentfarvors192 Service? It made it all the way through the court system because payments were not being made. The legal questions have already been answered - they knew they weren't making payments, and the contract spells out that it will be repossessed. Of course on the day of the repossession the person might make all sorts of claims thinking that if they say the magic words that it will give them super powers over the sheriffs and the repo man.
@@rodrod383 Impossible, or else he couldn't buy the house without the shed lien being payed first...
@@Thomas63r2 As in, propper service they were taking his shed...Don't know why I bother; I refuse to get ignorant as much as you will refuse to find a clue...
He knew they were coming for the shed , but did not bother to remove his stuff ?
LMFAO…..”You’re not going to replace my fence ?”…….”No sir” As if the property owner doesn’t have the key. But cutting lock was out of the question. DERP !
The new homeowner should sue the previous homeowner for false advertising if the shed caame with the house if in fact he got the house and was told that the shed came with it. What a beautiful mini house. Great job with removal!
It already went to court and that wasn’t the case
He knew the shed wasn't paid for; he's just playing the victim card.
Irrelevant. Homeowner has a case, regardless...His house contract specifically states all structures within the properties currilage. I guarantee it! Only question being: The responsible parties...Mortgage insurance definitely...(You sold me a house with a shed, that has no shed...?)
@@brentfarvors192 if he had a case then the Sheriff would not be there assisting in the repo......and there could have been a proper lien field with the shed company on the house title that was disclosed (and ignored) at the time of sale.....if there was a lien and it was not disclosed that is on the title company or real estate attorney and the owner can take it up with them........they had their chance and they lost that is why the Sheriff is there and the shed is leaving
@@brentfarvors192 Like I said in my post that you have been commenting on; we don't have the benefit of seeing any of the documents filed in court - we don't know what his house purchase contract says, or if its just a story. A judge who has looked at all the paperwork decided in favor of the shed company. Guaranteed the shed company would have offered to transfer the payment plan - and then the homeowner could sue the seller if he thought he had a case. The sheriffs and the repo man are there because he lost in court.
Typical Leroy, Tyrone or whatever they want to call the loser.
He needs to sue the previous home owner for any cost he has because of this. He should also sue the realtor for false advertising, how do we know if the shed wasn't the deciding factor to buying that house.
Financing one of these sheds seems to be as good a financial decision as paying years of storage for stuff you should have thrown away.
If it really was bought by the provious owner of the house, and went into default, the new owner of the house missed a great chance to buy the shed. The co. probably would have cut him a deal to not have to mess with doing the repo.
It "came with the house but I didn't take over payments?" The building looks fairly new, actually very new, so I'm thinking this is pretty sus.🙄
Wouldn't something like this normally be paid out of escrow when the house is sold?
That is the biggest shed I have ever seen!
Home Depot and Lowe have them, many making into guest house 🏠
That was awesome to watch very interesting it's amazing how those move huge shed's like that never knew. Always thought they put it together in people's backyard but now I know. Please document more like this
So why didn’t dude just work out a payment plan for the shed???? I’m sure Ethel would have let him do $100 a month or some kinda payment
when it gets to the point that you go to court to get a writ and the Sheriff is there with you all "hey I will pay" is over you take your property because if you do not there is a chance you will never get it
So he cannot get into his own backyard? This guy thinks everyone is an idiot
It's hilarious some times
I’m guilty of this as well but make sure you read contracts before signing people. I guarantee it was stated in the contract that they have permission to remove whatever gets in the way of removing the shed upon repo.
The contract doesn’t even have to say it:
If you didn’t pay for it you can’t have it
Great job young man! Please wear gloves, you never know what's stuck on or in those things.
In the first place If you had made the payments on the shed, repo guy wouldn't be out there taking down the fence to get it out
Homeowner was stupid for not paying for the shed knowing they would remove it leaving his yard mess up with his fence
That looks like a house someone lived in😮
The cops see it alllllllllll 👻
Do not go in debt, or, pay your bills on time..😅😅😅
You did an amazing job! I’m sure years of experience dealing with difficult people and spaces has made you the superb movers that you are! Too bad that people try to take advantage of every situation!
Nice shed! Wish we had these locally. Here it is always "Build in place".
Like it mattered whether he had a key or not. That house wasn’t going to fit out the gate anyway.
The "owner" really has a lot on the ball. Has to ask the repo guy if he has anything inside the shed. What a doofus.
Waiting for the homeowner to complete a sentence was pretty painful
You guys did a phenomenal job of pulling that shed out of the yard. It's too bad the home owner was such an a-hole, making this all necessary.
Thanks!
The skill used in retrieving this was amazing 👏
Holy shed moving.😮🙈
Haven't read all the comments, so if I'm repeating one I apologize. Seen a lot of comments about the homeowner not having a key, like that would change things. No way that shed was going to fit thru that gate, that fence was coming down, gate key or not. Great job by the repo guy.
Im just so impressed whith the driving skills on that lift machine!!
And like many said. Add plumbing and electric, youve got a cute tiny house!!
“We’re here to repossess your shed.” *carries out a whole ass house*
This one was delicious! Thanks for posting.
Boy u are so corny
Great job! You don’t pay well take it away ha ha ,
That was a brand new lock on that gate he had the key Would the mule left to post with a chain ?
The shed was bigger than the house 😂😂😂 !!!
Great video. Man for a small machine that thing is a beast. Very cool. Thanks for posting this. Have a nice day.
Nice looking storage house
Betcha it's Amish built shed. They make all sizes.
That's a really fancy tool shed.
should have rented it on Airbnb
Lying through his eye teeth! Repo time! I don't have this gate locked? Funny, I see a lock on the inside latch! Liar liar pants on fire! You want your shit? Then haul it out!
Damn that was a nice shed
I watched a huge patio being repossessed and that was amazing. The whole patio still intact went of down the street on the back of a flatbed truck. You were tempted to wave it goodbye. Imagine getting home and the patio has left home.
That thing is beautiful
At least his yard is less encumbered without that shed taking up space
Moral of the story... Dont buy anything if you cant afford to pay for it outright!
Very hard to do that when purchasing your house. The average cost of a house in the United States is 450,000 dollars.
But to just act surprised and innocent doesnt add up here.
Priase for the repo guys, they tried working with the homeowner and didn’t rub his nose in the poop like I believe was meritted.
Pay your bills!
I thought you were going to have to destroy his fence. Skilled, very skilled. Love that little Mule
Then the lock is on the inside of the gate but he doesn’t have a key 😭🤦🏾♀️
That's a nice shed! And it's huge
Hell of a job by the operator! I thought he would hit the fence for sure.
@Peanutbutter326 thanks for the compliment, I hope you like and subscribe for more
Gotta hand it to them...such precision!! Bro' should have paid that note and that is a nice shed too!
He thought all was going give up His thoughts was wrong lol😅
That shed is bigger than my bungalow 😂😂
What a fantastic job of getting that huge shed out of the yard! People if you don’t pay, it’s going!!
@@wvello2265 I appreciate the compliment!
Some say, that fence is still laying there to this day!😅
He didnt think it could be removed. He probably bragged to others how he wasn't going to pay for it and that it couldn't be moved. Probably
hydralic tools always amaze me, being able to move such a large and bulky item just by moving fluid thru hoses is almost magical
