- Picked up a small repo in Missouri and it was probably the most disgusting repo I have seen yet there was so much trash and the smell was nearly unbearable but with our mule we got it out of the tall grass just fine hopefully whoever cleans this one up wears a hazmat suit

Hard times DO fall, but when someone gets behind on their payments they should let the company know so something can be worked out. It just the respectful thing to do and it saves the buyer unnecessary grief.

i am surprised the Dealers accept these Repo's knowing they end up having to clean it out in order to resell it.. I personally would Refuse to have it dropped on my lot.. Note: this is not intended to be a Negative on y'all in any way.. you were simply hired to haul it I understand.. good work as usual.
I don’t know about all of them but some of the dealers hire somebody out to clean them and then the company re-pays the dealer for paying someone to clean it.
They get their property back....clean em up and resell as used......
I’m impressed at how y’all handle yourselves like respectful Christian folks are supposed to but when you talked about you and your children marrying Jesse . Not just I or me but all of you included I’ve actually ever heard it put that way before that made my day right there

What happened if people leave their stuff in a shed that is repoed? And what happens with a shed that has modifications, like the doggie door and the AC unit. Do they get charged for that? Great video, thanks for sharing your video with all of us. I am a new subscriber. ❤️

Hey I just want to say hi and say that trailer and mule setup is freaking awesome if we had something like that just think of all the cars we can haul out that thing is an awesome set of you can probably all just by any team that if you wanted to that mule and trailer dude you got an awesome set up

I like Shed Happens. I’ve never seen him be a jerk to anyone. I’ve seen one video where a guy got all puffed up at him and he reacted but he wound up apologizing to the guy and they worked together to get the shed cleared so he could take it.
Some people just seem to amaze me they live in filth I love having a very clean home like the saying goes cleanliness is close to godliness another great video love you girlfriend ❤

Knowing that the building is to be removed those people should be ashamed to leave the mess like that. I can't imagine living in that small space in filth with maybe a baby too. Your videos are always interesting and I've got to give the lady credit for being a great video camera operator. Always in the right place to get the proper activity.

With the economy I'm sure you have lots of repo's and with these times you might run across some angry people. I get nervous every time you roll up on a job. Dogs, property owners that are angry. I'll definitely know never to buy a pre-owned repo unit. Who knows what's hiding in the cracks, bed bugs, fleas, needles? That unit needs to be taken out back and burned

Way off subject here, sort of, but when u said where u were at…I live in the Ozarks. Just moved here after owning property before n raising the kids here on weekends n summers. Now I’m retired and actually live here and this is my first year experiencing the tourist season. Its awesome!!! Yes! Come explore and enjoy our nature, fun and beauty of this place. Not everyone is as dirty as apparently these shed buyers are (I haven’t watched yet). I Look forward to this vid!!
That was one NASTY SHED the Folks that clean it out better put Head to Toe Safety suit one. But y'all did a great job getting it out of there without and problem's.
Visited a lot-where they had a repo chicken house w pen! I was amazed that someone couldn’t finish paying on that! Bought it-paid for it-get tons of compliments-and chickens r happy!

Just because someone is poor doesn't mean they have to be dirty. I was homeless at one point in my life but, I always found a way to be clean.
Been in bad times before and at it again im 45 and have a beautiful young wife and a 5 year old son I was the main bread winner but unfortunately got colon cancer at the beginning of the year . Im professional disc golfer but unable to compete at this time due to my health.. Moral of the story I still get up every day and make the best of the situation.... I actually started my TH-cam page to help with Xtra funds and possibly with my procedures needed as I have no insurance... Gotta keep on keeping on LIFES NOT OVER WHEN YOU DIE .. ITS ONLY OVER WHEN YOU GIVE UP ... keep up the rad content you gotta subscriber in me ..

Well I did the opposite of that I saved saved and saved it.

I have been to so many hotels around Branson but when we started to stay at the thousand oaks golf course, we love that place. its like a mini condo .. even a washer and dryer in a closet. so nice.
