@Synyster012 At first used lowering shackles but ended up also having the local spring shop cut loose the front leaf spring hangers and move them up on the frame and reweld them.
hey man cool truck. yeah i put the same filter in my truck except its by spectre racing. i got 3.55 gears and limited slip. but mines 4x4. mine is 5 speed as well
LOL! ha thats awesome, i cant wait to get a new exhaust this spring. im gonna cut off the 2nd cat, and install a dual outlet highflow cat, to two single chamber flowmasters, with 3" piping out both sides in front of the rear tires
Just the rectangular replacement. Most the cai kits suck in hotter air than the original air box. Take a look and you'll see that factory takes in air from just behind the grill.
holy shit that looks like alot of fun

did you get the replacement air filter or that cone thing that doesnt come with the tube to make it a true cai?
I like this engine
only time that truck will do doughnuts hahah i know because i have a 96 4.9 l truck
I'm not a fan of your gear ratio.... I would prefer 373 for everyday use or 410... Love that 300 straight 6...
Its sad Ford killed off the 300-6 the last year for the bronco was 92.I have a 89 bronco with the 300-6.
If you type in 96 ford f150 doughnuts in google yours and my video pop up.
yeah, try and do it dry and you'll start hopping the back, lol
