Kalisto is a good guy , I went to high school with him in Chicago, he was a bully beater and he was just friendly to everyone in school , easy going guy , such a shame WWE didn’t utilized him properly, which they do with a lot of wrestlers these day in the company.

I watch some highlights of the reigns run and kofi mania stuff like that. The creative just sucks ass now doesn't even try to put in an effort to develop stars & stories. It's supposed to be a television show where the stories are just as good as the matches. They have great talent just don't know how to utilize them cause they constantly want to push one guy. When we got home to AZ, one of my relative was sick. He had the same symptoms as COVID. So I believe so that COVID was around the US at that time. I think his release was the best thing that could have happened to him. He's more suited for the indies, for Mexico and even perhaps Japan. In WWE he'd always be seen as a bootleg Rey Mysterio. Rey was THE masked luchador in WCW and especially WWE. They tried with Kalisto, with Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado, but eventually they needed to get Mysterio back. And it's not just management, I think many fans see these guys as Rey wannabes because Mexican Lucha Libre wasn't well known or popular 15, 20, 25 years ago for the average fan. Rey is a once in a lifetime performer and other luchadores in WWE cannot fill his shoes.

I myself think he needs to process a lot of stuff and might not be a popular opinion it just seems like he's carrying a lot of stuff that would mess with somebody mentally he's a great performer and I hope for him nothing but the best

I feel for Samuray Del Sol. This guy should have been one of the bigger stars in WWE. I hope he gets another shot with a big company.

I wish kalisto reads this comment, look man you're an amazing athlete, you're only 34, and you still have a lot to come in your career, what's left is more than what is gone.
many wrestlers got back to WWE after they got released like Drew McIntyre who had a grat success, Ginder mahal, Selena Vega and others and even if you didn't get get back there, there are plenty of other wrestling programs like AEW, TNA,and ROH, and all these can be a stepping stone for you to get right back on track.
It's not always about if you are working hard enough sometimes things don't go your way, and thats ok brother.
    Just have faith.
You had a great run with the lucha house party, you had a great run as the US champion, and your rivalry with Rayback was fantastic, and your cruiserweight championship run was amazing.
You've done very well in your career so far, I am a big fan of yours, i am inspired by you, but i hate to see you sad, enjoy your time right now, connect with your family and friends, and take it easy ❤️❤️❤️

WWE should make Kalisto United States Champion Regin and much longer on his second run but still he is the G.L.O.A.T of lucha libre and also inspired me to be like him when I was Little

The fact that WWE never let Kalisto v Mysterio happen is one of the reasons I stopped watching the product.
