when i had exams all of my friends would sit close to each other, for the multiple choice questions we'd tap on the table the number of times the number of the question is (question 3 = 3 taps) and then we'd click our pen 1-4 (1 click = A, 4 clicks = D) times for what the answer for the question was. So we answer question 3, we did 3 taps, the answer is c, we did 3 pen clicks. Of course nobody ever found out and we all usually passed exams easily.
