    Hello Annie! I am one of the original researchers of SBY and mentioned in the book. This is an amazing video that is getting a lot of views. I am not sure if you are aware, but you hands are actually reversed in this video. The exercise only works with the proper energy channels are connected. The left hand must pinch the right ear lobe first then the right arms crosses on top of the left arm while pinching the opposite earlobe

    Annie, this is a really good video, thank you. I have done this exercise in the past and was trying to remember the arm crossing position. I noticed that at minute 1:03 in the video your arms are crossed opposite to the picture on the right bottom side. Could you clarify the correct arm crossing position? Thank you!

    ok its yoga but in olden days when i was in school typical indian school where student not learn or remember any thing teacher they give this as a punishment yes and we tought they punished us but they try to improve our brain...... now i realise and i more respec my teachers

    Every Indian child or those who born before 90's must have done this Super brain yoga .58 ..standing outside his/her classrooms .. as a punishment.. even our punishments are meant to treat us.. great Sanatanis Hindus🙏🙏

    I remember it being left hand on right ear first, then right hand over on the left ear from my Pranic Healing training where I learned it

    Hello everyone. The so-called superbrain yoga was developed by NIGERIANS 🇳🇬 as a form of punishment for students since before thirty years ago when I was in primary school. So, those claiming it should give honour to whom honour is due - Nigerians. Even today the same punishment is given in schools throughout Nigeria.

      Hi. I agree but even in India, some 30 yrs ago when i was little, and even before that in our grandparent's time, this was given as a punishment to students who seemed weak in studies or were too naughty( hyperactive). Actually it's derived from knowledge rooted in yoga, the ancient wisdom of Indian sub continent, and certainly must be in the knowledge pool in most Ancient societies like you mentioned in Africa.
      So, knowledge needn't be confined to regions. Many people gain it in their way and time, in diff regions.

      Yes it helps relaxation and decrease anxiety and you are wonky 23 your brain is still developing until 24 and even after 24 the benefits are great to keep your memory strong and healthy
