Thank you very very much mam 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I met with an accident and my operation done to fix ACL ligament and total 2 operation which I went through but till now after 2 years of both operation my 3 leg muscles are weaker then another leg and I was confused bcz I really don't know how to fix this , I went to the gym also but my good leg gets stronger more then affected leg so I was worried lot of about my muscle growth and you gave me best advice and knowledge. If I do these stretches daily, after how many days, I can start feeling relief? I have tight knee problem, I cant sit on my heels and with crossed legs
