These stretching exercises are really very very effective. I am doing these simple and beneficial exercises after viewing your videos and getting the benefits of knee pain relief and feeling better while walking because I have a knee pain problem. To be honest these stretches do help to get rid of constipation and wind trouble. It would be better if we do these exercises in the morning empty stomach. Mu name is Ramesh Chokshi, My both knees are replaced and my left legs zI have additional surgery on my left leg of Fremor’s with pin attached to the bone. So I cannot lay down on the floor. Do you have any alternate way of doing these Asana’s as you demonstrate exercise ?
