My common sense-o-meter on the Mel Tucker issue tells me that while Tucker showed extremely poor lack of judgement, and for that alone, should prob be fired, the details also tell me that this affair was most certainly consensual. They had over 20 late night phone calls over a period of weeks and months. They both deleted their text messages, and the infamous “masturbation” call lasted 36 minutes. Are you kidding me? She clearly had ample opportunity to end that call before said inappropriate activity.
Everyone's audio levels are way off. There needs to be some balance here. I shouldn't have to play volume jockey every 30 seconds.

Dude, full disclosure, my freshman year in college a young "lady" started a rumor that I had sexually assaulted her. Luckily for me she had to come clean about the lie a week later when she had to admit that we NEVER had any kind of sex whatsoever.
