sorry i don't know a link,but i bought it at Tomizawa shoten in Japan,and you can use chopped salted sakura instead of it;) and more,you can make without dried salted sakura(you can use koshian or normal shiroan)
I think I couldn't get the consistency right? It didn't stick to my hand but I stick ti the tools and it has flakes edges. I add 6g of glutinous rice flour to 200g shiroan and I cooked over the stove.
I wouldn't say no to a tiny ball of cherry blossom honey in the middle of the filling! Even cherry blossom jam would be very cool :) Does wagashi use any other flowers for flavoring, or is it primarily sakura?
