    Thank you so much for the tutorial. I was able to get the rail system put together by simply following your instructions. Now I have to move my old mounting bracket forward because the old garage door opener rail system was longer. Again, thank you, new subscriber here!

    Thank you, your video made for very easy installation. Here are a few tips that I used: I'm a nazi about using thread lock on anything that causes vibration. Also, when mounting the power unit, I tied a 1/4" rope to the rail near the power unit and to the ceiling mount, pulled it up to level and finished the hangers. Thanks again!

    We got everything installed and programmed. the wall mount button will not put the door down now unless you hold the button down the whole time and the down button on the remote does not work at all. it goes up just fine. Does anyone here know what the problem could be??

      Sounds like a safety sensor issue. Make sure they are aligned properly and nothing is obstructing the line of sight between them. If you still have the issue check your wiring and make sure you don’t have the wall station and sensor wiring mixed up.
