The famous dessert that everybody is talking about. Simple and incredibly tasty. These are the easiest biscuits I’ve ever made. Little effort and they are ready to bake. Just a bomb! 2 apples and 1 egg. No chemicals and only natural ingredients. I don’t buy in the store anymore. This recipe surprised my whole family. They disappear in 5 minutes. So delicious that everybody asks me for the recipe. I never get tired of making them. Easy and fast to prepare. Bake with Pan Chleb and enjoy life!

Recipe and ingredients:
1 egg
a pinch of salt
5 tablespoons sugar
Mix well
2 tablespoons whole milk
50 g melted butter (cooled down)
5 g baking powder
230 g wheat flour
Add flour gradually
Mix well
Add more flour
More flour
Mix by hand
Shape into a ball
Wrap the dough
Peel 2 apples
and cut them into cubes
Medium heat
Melt some butter (optional)
Add apples
2 tablespoons sugar
Cinnamon (as much as you like)
Let apples cool down a bit
Roll out the dough
It can seem that it is tearing apart
But don't worry
It will be great when you roll it out
We will cut out circles in the dough
I used a lid of a jar
You can use anything else
with a sharp edge
Preheat the oven to 180℃,
top and bottom heating
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cookies cool down a bit
I like to sprinkle them
with powdered sugar
