Nice vlog. I was wondering about the smoke from the chimney on the stove too, must be hard to have it blowing into the pilot’s face. Maybe an elbow piece of flue to direct it away, something that can pivot, depending on the prevailing wind. 🤠

Thanks, it doesn’t blow in face as chimney is of correct height so it goes over head.

Just a suggestion, give your fuel system a dose of injector cleaner / lubricant (here in Australia I use Chemtech's Diesel Power but I don't know if you can get that in the U.K.), it is not expensive and may extend the life of your injector that is showing signs of needing a service or rebuild (the smoke is a dead give-away). It will also give you far better economy and save the helmsman from ingesting fumes which are not that good for you, apparently. It also acts as an emulsifier and gets rid of water by dispersing it through the fuel, which is usually caused by condensation in the tank.

Thanks for commenting, my fuel is treated with similar product and works well, very little smoke produced, the smoke you can see here is from the stove burning to keep me warm and the kettle hot 👍
