    Sir aap 100 percent correct bolrahe ho ,Mai bahoth pareshan tha khana ny pachrahatha ,gas horahi thi sar bhari horaha tha job pe dhyan nahi de paraha tha ,dinner ke baad walk Chalu Kiya 20 minut 1st day sehi chamatkari fayda huwa ,saare problem khatam hogye ,ab Mai fit and healthy feel karraha hun...

    i walk 20 minute after dinner due to hacti schdual i have no time for morning walk i feel good result i loss 8 kg in 15 days without changing my dialy routine 🙏🏽

    Also some yoga guru said its not good to walk immediately after meals as it hinders blood flow to the stomach..as we know more blood should be in stomach immediately after meals to digest properly..thats why we do vajrasana also...kindly clarify guruji...it has confused me since decades whether to walk or not walk. IF WALK .. how much time after dinner...Pranaam Guruji..Thanks

      Agree, but in case of dinner we have to do opposite i.e walk Is must after dinner . There is well explained logic in our Ayurveda, you can search on Google for ur better understanding.

      Om Priyadarshi Hi OM ji , you are following the the right practice, we must not walk or do any hard physical work right after any meal. It means after having meal you need to rest for atleast 30-40 mnts after that you can do any physical activity, here in Yog it’s specifically said to do walk after dinner because after sunset your body’s surya nadi is not activated and walk will help but yes we have to maintain that gap. Ideally it should have been explained so that people do not get confused. Doing walk after any meal will not help at all rather create problems, hence we have a concept of Mitaahar in Yog.

    Some yoga guru advised that we should not walk after dinner. It will create problem in digestive system. This video confused me. So clarify that.

      Wait for 30-40 min after Having meal..Then walking should be done 15-20 min .
      Immediatly after meal if u start walking it ill create indigestion and acidity problems.

      After dinner it's good to go for a walk.. Not after lunch.. Its better not to move much after lunch, heart patients should take a nap after 30 mins of lunch.. Its too beneficial..
