I am surprised you haven’t gotten more traction with this video. You have perfectly explained the problem, the diagnosis and the fix. I really needed this for my 2010 tundra. Really appreciate it and fully understand the frustration of a video not getting the traction you hoped for. You did great.
Thanks for taking the time to make such a great video. My air mix servo went out and what a pain this fix was but you made an almost impossible job possible.
Ok, so i ordered a whole new servo system replacement, not just the two flapper boxes that attach to it. When I plug the two plugs up, everything over rotates. It did it before I reattached it, I popped that gear out and realigned it again,, and then it didn't once I got everything together and turned the system on. Any idea what gives? Thx!
I have a 2014 tundra my blower motor works good on a/c not good in heat max. but if I turn heat halfway it works perfectly. my question is if you think my actuators are out of sync it could be affecting my blow motor. thanks, miguel.
Is this the same actuator that controls fresh/recirculating air control? I get hot and cold air through which ever vents I want but have issues between fresh/recirc air
