South facing properties are dark in front of the house. Skylights would solve this issue. I love morning sunshine and you can't get it with south facing properties (backyards facing south) if you have nearby neighbors. I personally like the backyard of the house to face west with the front facing east along with an L shape layout (longer side on the north).
The house is generating 7.2 million dollars a year in rent and is on the market for only $23 million dollars? Why on gods earth would somebody want to sell this? It would pay for itself in less than 4 years. Seems odd.
0:23 showing those floorplans is always a great idea
Nice symmetrical Mediterannean design, but the back balcony is too small.
