Daniel Rangel began his career as a Los Angeles Realtor at the young age of eighteen, over a decade ago, during the great recession. Great video. Unlike Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or Malibu - which are all independent, separate cities - Pacific Palisades is technically a community within the city of Los Angeles

Hey, Antonio. Yes, agreed, that's a nice pocket. Could of been good option for "good bang for the buck." Last I checked the median price for an SFR was around 3.3M. Nice, quiet, safe pocket of the Palisades, at the top of the hills. Thanks for bringing it up!
