- I found a Record player vintage 1970s Lloyds with a cassette and radio attached. The radio had short wave and long wave and FM but $50 for the unit and an extra 15 for the speakers is too much to ask for this dated technology.
Even the thrift stores in Canada have lost their mind.
😂😂👍👍
The super slow eject means it is super high quality :)
My judgement also, if its a fast pop out its garbage lol
your pricing is spot on
Cheers and thanks for watching 😊👍
For $50.00?
I'd pay $30.00 tops.
You're right though, Lloyd's was kind of the lower end of electronics in the 70s to mid 80s.
Separating the speakers 🔊 is a thing they always do in here and annoying
@@davidrichter9164 Go Leafs, I am guessing you’re in Toronto ?
I’d pay $15.
@@md12962 if that’s US dollar then yeh about $20CAN is what I think is good 👍 but still some one who had one and wants that nostalgic crackle n hum priceless 😂😂
That’s how we made all those legendary mix tapes in the early 1980's
- the original Napster Haha
Ripped from vinyl
Lloyds gear was crap-fi.
lol 😂 love that I must remember to say Crap Fi
LLoyds & Soundesign .. 100% junk--sold at MAYS dept stores where Emerson was the best crap they had
Dollars?

@Thriftronics ahhh right, it's confusing as your accent is from Englandshire 😂😂😂
@@Ken_Dodds_Tickling_Stick lol 😜 yeh englishire is my first language soccer and trunks is my adopted language 😂😂😂😂
Way overpriced. Lloyds, Candle, Citizen all bottom end
Thanks I thought so !! And the speakers were billed separately
@@Thriftronics even as a teen in the 80's I stayed away from those brands. Canadian Tire Pulsar brand is another one to avoid.
@@solkinar good advise thanks
You remember those names to.. Yep all bottom end. Add Concerto to that list as well. That was Consumers Distributing's house brand.
@@garfieldsmith332 Mostly they made the same cheap item and just stick a brand name on like the sears stuff
