Hey Tommy! A few days ago I asked you if Charcoal or griddle was best way to cook steaks as my whole life (76 years) I thought charcoal was best for flavor. You told me both were good and asked me to try my griddle for full flavor. I said would and let you know the results. Well….. Tonight I cooked ribeyes on my griddle using your suggestions with Rosemary Thyme Garlic and butter at 500°. My wife and I agree these were much better than charcoal in terms of multiple flavors, juiciness, tenderness and cut like butter. You converted me Tommy and this will be my preferred method for steaks. So damn good! Thanks again, Tommy!
Did it again tonight with filet, Porterhouse and a ribeye for my wife and friends. Another home run! You are making this far too easy for me to be a steak hero Tommy! Thanks!

Dryed in fridge for 24 hrs., brought to room temp 3 hrs. Cooked Med-rare. Served with large Mushroom Caps, 🍄 roasted brussels, broccoli, asparigus, carrots, basil olive oil. Oh Yea ! This was really fun dinner & Big Yum...ff...😎 copy cat 🐈

That's quite the statement that a griddled steak would out do the one of a live fire grill. Maybe this summer I'll throw one on my Blackstone and see what I think

Wonderful video. A few thoughts: 1. You picked the right jpeg . Beautiful shot. 2. As golfers know, you gotta play the wind when applying the salt and pepper. 3. The piano riff in that music is a rip off of Crazy as sung by Patsy Cline. Heck, you even say the word crazy at minute 7. Accident? I don't think so.😁 4. Fabulous flavors there on a ribeye griddle. The smells off that session are top tier with sizzling goodness. Great pro tip and getting grill temp and meat internal to optimum levels are bar none Tommy. I looking at this as a Friday nite ribeye extravaganza now.
