    Best Yoga for my Age...77 years old at my age I am in good health , still can do most of this yoga technique...it help me gaining more energy...

    This session is a little harder than some of the others in the series. Happy to get through the whole thing, holding most of the poses for all of the time, on my second go through the series.

    Man, my 55 year old behind love this series! I was cursing you as early as the wrist stretches😆. I’ve been dong TH-cam and app yoga for 5 years. Your channel digs into the flexibility issues that men have due to weight training and age like no other. Thank you! 💪🏾

    Deceptively hard! But a great routine. Woke up a few parts of legs / glutes / lower body that had been asleep all day. Sometimes you remind the viewer to pay attention to something minor, almost like a “by the way”; I do it, and it’s like something activated that wouldn’t have activated had you not said what you said. That’s why I keep returning to your classes - quality instruction that’s easy to follow. Brilliant, man.

    i‘ve been practicing yoga for the last 15 years. looking for online yoga i discovered your channel by coincidence. going back to basics without esoteric has motivated me tremendously. 30 min every morning and 30 min or longer every evening makes me feel great. 👌you are a great teacher and a good motivator and these difficult times of covid (all sport facilities are closed here in germany)

    When you do the wrist stretch, recommend single wrist at first especially for the inverting. It can be over done very quickly especially for bigger guys. But good work out loving the series. About to move to #4

    Just done the first 3 videos in this series over the last couple of weeks, these are the first videos I've been able to follow along with and really feel like I'm having a good workout. The little tips throughout like pulling your legs into each other or pulling your shoulderblades away. I instantly felt the stretch/workout as they areeant to be and at times even got the leg shakes so must be working them muscles. Thanks for sharing your knowledge 👍👍👍

    These classes have been helping me get my mobility back as well as assess my body a lot better than what doctors presumed is wrong with me. Let’s just say I go to bed tired happy and sore but it’s only my first week.

    I’ve always been interested in yoga as a competitive snowboarding athlete. I was diagnosed with Long Covid 6 months ago. Through many diet and lifestyle changes I am slowly recovering and yoga for men is a MAJOR factor in this battle. I hope to progress through your training. Thank you 🙏

    Hey man i love your beginner yoga videos for guys. I'm 61 and have tried a few workouts and find them beneficial for my back, neck and shoulders . My neck recently is not so great so avoiding lifting for now .I've been weight lifting for over 30 years and this feels so much better. Thank you so much for helping guys feel more comfortable in trying yoga. regards Robert F

    Just found these videos and channel. I have been doing yoga for a while now. These are great. Although i am use to classes and more flowing yoga this slowed down pose by pose is also really effective and helpful even for a fairly experienced yoga person as myself.

    Have taken yoga on and off over the yrs (more off than on). Dean's instructions are by far the best I've ever come across! Love the details and all the modification suggestions. One suggestion I have for viewers is to preview the workout beforehand as it's sometimes challenging to look at the screen and do the pose. Looking forward to the other workouts. Thanks you Dean!

    Deceptively challenging, as someone described them, is so right. I absolutely loved this especially as I just wasn’t in the mood for it this morning… it’s left me in a much better place. I also feel that doing these classes before my meditation really helps me get into the meditation. These yoga videos are starting to feel like a huge and enjoyable part of a big change 🙂

    Great workout! Many of the poses I’ve never done in a yoga class before. I’ll definitely repeat this one in the future. I think it will really help with knee stability too! Thanks

    I felt for the first time, after a year or more of yoga practice, the tension that is created in the hip flexors during the high and low lunge poses. You explained the internal motion of the right and left legs toward each other in a way that finally made sense, experientially. All I can i say is thank you for making yoga so guy-accessible and guy-friendly!

    I rock climb and do some calisthenics and generally stay pretty fit... The videos in this series have been some of the best workouts I have ever done. I used to do the most advanced yoga videos I could find but after watching some of your videos I realized how much difference correct form can make with even the simplest poses. I love that you explain each pose and what you can do to improve on it so that every pose gives you as much as you put into it. Thanks for making these videos!

    Great for beginners! Thank you so much for the proper instruction for men with tips on making it easier for beginners such as myself.     This is a great series so far, I appreciate the tips and nonjudgmental and understanding vibe you have for those of us without official equipment (or strength to hold the poses). My dog seems to think it's play time if I get close to the floor, which does not help my technique, but his antics distract from the pain!

    Wish I found this sooner! Regular yoga & pilates helped me years ago to overcome a pinching sciatic nerve (office related) after years of playing contact sport with little regard for ITB/hip/hamstring flexibility...
