    This a really nice example of a series 2 VE and 600 rear wheel is plenty on the street, keep up the great guys!

    600 at the wheels, wow I remember when my mate got a new vs senator 185i and we thought it was amazing compared to our 186 with extractors and a Holley. Oh how times have changed 🤣🤣🤘🤘🤘

      As long as you can keep yourself from turning the boost up it’ll be fine 😆 but that is easier said than done

    Did he gap the rings at all? How much boost can standard ring gaps handle without e85?

      Nah didnt bother. Boost really isnt a good metric to go off, and it depends on the condition of the engine, kms, cam, tune etc

    is this just stock bottom end? just slapped a turbo on it?

      It’s only running 6psi. About the same as most of the supercharger setups and making the same sort of power. Mine was just shy of 700hp at the crank with 6psi from a Harrop 2.3 blower with cam and headers

    why not just put the coil pack's higher for him ( basically where they mount make up a aluminium plate upper fixing point) and also why not get the complete turbo heat treated so not as much heat soak will happen on the passenger side, also changing the plugs do it from under the car and not from the top?

      You’re talking about a huge amount of labour for this customer who is on a budget who only asked us to tune his build. He built it into what it is now he is perfectly capable of doing those things himself and doesn’t need to pay us to do them. He just needed the right direction from the right people which he got 👍

    As a tuner, you would think that they check the various parts which are critical to turbo set up, like the MAF Sensors like who in their right mind would not check all those parts which are going to have a lot of air flow and as a sensor picking that air flow up, the ECU will only work based on the input it gets its that simple people and i am not even a mechanic, its common-sense stuff really?

      What are you talking about MAF sensor? This car doesn’t even run a MAF
