I’ve got 348,000 on my E1, I wonder what mine looks like inside, but I’ve oil changed it every 10k and never reved it over 4,500rpm
You probably should take it through the whole rev range once in a while.
Also you own a HSV and use it as a shopping trolley?

260. VCM have some great products but we dont usually use their Cams

Pretty much yeh haha its classified as a Ute, but its uniquely sports-car like. Very Australian. Basically the most impractical ute you will find anywhere in the world lol
