That was a concert called "Amiche per l'Abruzzo" that means "friends for Abruzzo" ("amiche" in Italian means female friends). All the singers on stage (43 for 8 hours and 20 minutes of concert) were female (for this reason "amiche"). It was organized by Laura Pausini and Fiorella Mannoia to raise funds for the tragic earthquake that occurred in Abruzzo a few months earlier (6 April 2009) and was held on 21 June 2009 at the Giuseppe Mezza stadium in San Siro, Milan.
Little curiosity: Elisa, on that occasion, was 5 months pregnant with her first daughter (and it was clearly visible ...) 😊
...and the person playing the acoustic guitar at that moment is ... the culprit! 😄
