    I've actually been making the chocolate avocado pudding a lot lately. It's delicious.

    I make this pudding with a vegan chocolate protein powder. It tastes like the real deal and you get protein in your snack as well. I'll add cocoa powder as well to make it more chocolatey! Thanks!

    You have to try an avocado, banana, rasberry, strawberry, and watermelon smoothie. It's so good and the warm red colors look so good. DONT forget to freeze the milk into cubes not the fruit so you don't lose nutritional value.

    • @kellyclark7517
      @kellyclark7517 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn’t think freezing fruit would lose its nutritional value but preserve it🤷‍♀️

    Ovacado seeds are full of nutrients too and very healthy. So never throw them away.
    Dry them under the sun for a few days then pound or grind them to turn to a smooth powder foam. One can use the powder as ovacado tea by just putting a tbsp into a cup of hot water and sweeten if you want to or add it to any smoothie. ( You must know ahead of time that the dry seeds are as hard as a rock)
    You can Google about the health benefits. I hope this was helpful to someone.

    • @laurenburkhardt7316
      @laurenburkhardt7316 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Gluten free foods are great for people who have bad reactions to it, for example people with celiac disease. If you don't have a gluten protein sensitivity than eating gluten free food isn't necessary.

    is there a reason to use unsweetened coco powder? is it just because its 'healthier'?

    • @morganwilson6567

      It's just "healthier" you could use plain coco powder if you wanted
