I literally make a nut milk and use one can of coconut milk, with vanilla and organic maple syrup. Blend together yummy!!! Best part of homemade creamers is knowing what’s in it!
I just love watching and learning from Nicole. She makes cooking fun. Not to mention everything I’ve tried from her recipes are amazing! Thank you Nicole. God’s blessings to you and yours 🙏 Issaquah, WA 🇺🇸
Also, for anyone who is Lactose Intolerant or sensitive, try swapping in Heavy Whipping Cream for the half and half and you should be good to go! HWC is nearly lactose free (0.5 grams of lactose per tablespoon). You can cut it with some Lactaid or Fairlife lactose free whole milk if you find the mixture is too thick with just the HWC.
YUM! That donut glaze with BUTTER. It's easy and less expensive to make your own cream using regular Vit. D, or 2% and adding a cup, of dry MILK POWDER. Makes it thick and creamy AND it's just as delicious as real cream or half and half plus more affordable. Another tip: use extracts like apple, pumpkin, butter, maple, vanilla to intensify the flavors. 🍵🍵
You are amazing! all those items I have in my house and here I am buying creamer. I use the oat milk creamer now not coffee mate anymore but still this is so much better and natural. I’m all about knowing what’s in my food now. Thank you so much so glad I found your channel ❤
Very nice receips , i give it a try , here in Europe ..this creamers are forbidden because of some chemical ingredients , so we can now make self 😊thanks very much ❤
Thank you soooo much for doing this video. I know of no other content creator/cook/chef/wonderful person! lol that has done a video on coffee creamers! I absolutely love it! Thank you thank you! I know now the perfect little Christmas gifts for those daughters in law. They can share with my sons! (Maybe)! lol
So many yummy flavors! Nicole, thanks so much for all of the wonderful recipes! Do you know about how long these can be stored in the refrigerator? ☕️🥰
I SO wish you could make this type of video for all us KETO people that cant have regular condensed milk, of Dulce de Leche......I just love your videos but this is something you guys may want to consider......Ive tweaked a lot of the stuff on this channel to conform to my keto lifestyle BUT this is something I am not sure of all I know is I can have cream and half n half......thank you so much Julianna NC
I think it could also mix maple syrup or coconut sugar with milk and cream, as well as extract like vanilla, almond, and peppermint. Never underestimate dry spices either.
I thought the same thing. I thought I was doing myself a favor and win win, they taste amazing. However, I learned that "natural flavors" are not real ingredients. Plus have you ever looked at the ingredients on several different flavors? How can they all have the same few ingredients but be completely different flavors?!!
@@kassondracable6192 I use the white chocolate mocha milk, cream, cane sugar, Dutch cocoa, " natural flavors"!! How DARE they put unatural things in "natural" flavors!! Thanks for the heads up. I'll be mixing up some of Nicole's creamers 🍁🍂🙃
I buy Chobani sweet cream. Four ingredients - milk, cream, cane sugar, natural flavors. Natural flavors are iffy, but at least everything else is pronounceable and I know what it is. That being said, I’m gonna try some of these. ☕️
Love to see Nicole talking about all of the crazy extra chemicals and ingredients in flavored creamers, getting away from those and consuming REAL foods that we can make at home (quality control, people!). Now, just wish this channel would touch on how toxic seed oils are and would start cooking with healthy oils/fats like beef tallow, ghee, and avocado oil (all high heat oils and all make food taste even better when frying/cooking!)
The Apple Crisp one sounds delicious. Can you make more flavors? My favorite is Coffee Mate Cafe Mocha creamer. They only sell it in the small bottle. I'd love to just make it at home.
I'm about to cook the crispy skinned chicken thighs and rice for the third time since I started watching you a couple months ago Nicole! My family LOVES it. And I don't even take creme in my coffee, but I'm going to have to try at least a couple of these. Would it work with skim milk or is that just dumb?
Rest assured, I've printed off 3 of the 5 recipes, and they're on my "to be made immediately " list. However, the "legally blonde" in me (even at age 65 😅) wants to know the name of the gorgeous nail polish you're wearing! 😂
I have a chai tea mix that I really like, but I don't like the fact that it has so many artificial ingredients. Do you have a recipe for chai tea that would be made similar to these recipes? I'm not a coffee drinker, but these look amazing! Thank you!
Anyone recommend GOOD decaf coffees? The cinnamon brown sugar creamer looks amazing. I don't even drink coffee!!! (Several open heart sugeries. I don't drink any caffeine.) I just may have to take that hobby up now that there is a lovely, tasty reason!!
Not sure whats good to you but I like walmart brand donut shop for medium roast and their breakfast blend for a lighter roast (for some reason this one is getting harder and harder to find). However, both are tasty and inexpensive to me. 😊
No, it’s not safe to can dairy based products at home. They will last in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks or so, depending on how long your dairy products are good for.
Anyone know how long this will last in the fridge? I don't drink a lot of coffee so I usually get the store bought that lasts for a while. Guessing just the typical best by date for the heavy cream?

Nicole, you need to open a coffee shop/ restaurant. If you did I would most definitely eat and drink there.
Thank you for bringing awareness. I stopped buying flavored creamer, straight half and half for me. Will try your pumpkin spice

To avoid the clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg etc. mix the spices thoroughly with the sugar before adding liquid.

I can't pick....I want them all. 😍
Nicole, your recipes are always amazing!
Do you know how long these creamers can be stored in the refrigerator?
Good question
About 2 weeks! Or as long as the expiration of the milk, half-and-half or heavy cream indicates.
@allrecipes thank you!
