Made this recipe today and boy oh boy was it ever delicious...and yes, I have been cooking gizzards incorrectly my whole life (72 yrs old)!!...ps, next time I'll make some white or brown rice (to use every bit of the juices...thank you!
Just did this now and it came out great. Super spicy tho haha. I replaced the thyme with rosemary, that’s what I had.. and I added a little curry powder. I’m in love with is meal. Thank you for sharing!❤
Good morning Claudy. This is a fantastic recipe. I have not cooked chicken gizzards in years because I never really get the recipe right. I can’t wait to try your recipe next week. I’m sure my family will love it. It’s so quick and easy and looks tasty and delicious. It serves up so beautifully.Thanks so much for sharing. Have a wonderful weekend. Stay safe and healthy.❤️😍👍
A wonderful friend of mine made some for me with ripe plantain. It was so good! I have never made gizzard but after watching this video I feel inspired. Thank you 💕😊.
Claudy the people in my life that eat gizzards agree with this method and they only usually pressure cook then fry them good looking keep the pressure on our tongues
Chicken gizzards take like 2 hours make tender soft..
To make them tender takes a long time cooking, not just 15 minutes. This recipe a bit misleading.
How long does it actually take?
@ndanatseyivengesayi2733 I usually parboil mine for 40-45 minutes .

Why do people in Nigeria always start with 'hi guys'?
I am not a Nigerian. So I guess it's a general thing. 😉
Why do Kelly’s ask dumazz questions 🤷🏽♂️😅
Friendly I guess.
You should learn how to cut with knife properly in case professional chefs are watching this.
What has that got to do with me? Professional chefs ain't got nothing....
That’s not nice of you.
Perfectly done. Thanks.
