Thank you! You know, I'm an advocate for this as a fun tool for cross training and a lot of fun but I think if you were hoping this skill to translate to other sports, I think you might be better off training for other sports. Right now I do jujitsu and powerlifting!
Hey Burak, would this video help? th-cam.com/video/vKQLvA6YMVI/w-d-xo.html I also have a video that’s linked in this attached video for the setup. I hope that helps
@@HoboDan With your balance and strength, I'd say go for it if there is a skatepark within reach! I do full pads, cause as a noob, I splat often, but I can drop in on the 4' ramp, fakie, and kickturn after my 5th session as an adult! Just make sure not to push mongo, and consider learning switch stance from day 2 for complete ambidexterity, and make some videos while you're at it... :-) Peace!
@@HoboDan When I was 14, I tried mongo, and realized quickly that it was not safe or effective mode of transpo! Now, I equate it to "rear wheel steering" / sketchy, gonna plant if you hit a rock, and can't instantly push down on the tail. So, instead of mongo, just learn to push switch instead :-) Most of all, it only takes 1 motion to put the back foot on the tail if pushing regular, with mongo it doubles... so 2x inefficient / slow. But, if you ever see an awesome mongo skater, don't bash him, he's overcome a lot to get that good :-) ROFL!
Super balance skills. Well done. Please what competitive sport are you into and which sports would these skills help? Great life skills.
Thank you!

Can you do a video of the "counter balance" from the start? I couldn't figure out how to setup for it.

@@HoboDan oh great. Thank you very much

Haha!
Amazing!!!
☺️🙏🙏
Sick dude
Perfect!!!
🥰
Did you actually try a kickflip there??
Haha I did. I feel like it was possible and I kinda still think it is. It’s just a huge board so it’d be quite a move
Get a good skateboard and some pads if there is a skatepark nearby...
I've been considering that a lot recently to be honest

Haha I ALWAYS push mongo... I'm trying to break the habit haha. That's so funny you say that
