- Time to finally make my cheap BMW E60 M5 look good. I will be focusing on the exterior this time around as it's the first thing people see when they look at the car. The goal here is OEM+, where it's not over the top, but just enought to stand out from the rest.

You really need to lower the suspension to make a nice fitment. About those taillights, I suggest you get the LCI ones though. The classic LCI design beats any aftermarket part.
If you have no rubbing or issues then just leave it. Don't create headaches, I've done that far too many times!

I got mine from wheel spacer store. Definitely makes a big difference in improving the stance.
Looks good! If I were to upgrade the wheels on my E60 M5... I would probably look at doing 20in set-up. I'm still running factory wheels with spacers.

Re height, it's one thing compromising comfort, but never ever compromise drivability
I have the Advan Apex on my M240i and super happy with them similar performance to the Pilot Super Sports for much less $$
I have had the adven apexv601 hook up to 750whp..and they look amazing
I went b6 for my 08 550i 6spd. More comfortable ride on the road but sportier feel. I'm thinking of going 19s with 10 mil spacers in rear. But with 40 sidewalls at 315. (More meat more comfort in the road and more grip.) Fronts 45 sidewalls. These roads are bad man. So get thick sidewalls n enough air to make the ride comfortable and help long-term your suspension components. Thats why i didn't lower mines. Just b6 bilstein. But beef up your subframe bushings, and control arms.

The taillights I would see if I can get them custom to use the full housing for the GTS style lights. I was planning on doing that for my E60 in the future

I got a set of hub-centric 10mm spacers with the longer bolts if you'd wanna use them, I'm in ocala 😊
For wrap, you should go with Avus Blue Metalic to pay homage to the E39 M5. Also, carbon CSL style trunk and Carbon GTS style vented hood. Of course, both wrapped.

They make anniversary floating center caps. They would look great on the M2 and M5!
needs lowering...also tuck in spacers in the rear...loving your build...my dream project .but champagne color body with bronze rims....and aftermarket trasmission module for an upgraded transmission,,possibly zf (i dont even know if thats possible, never heard of it being done), usual rod job, exhaust etc. Not a power build but a looker and a screamer 😊

are you using the MH executive spacers or the MH traklite from your website, which would you rather recommend
I normally go with the traklite whenever possible
Put the stock wheels back on please! It would be one thing if they looked bad but the style of that wheel is probably the best bmw ever made. Maybe get the color changed to a dark silver?

Those OLED style taillights fit the E60 better than any other car
They need to be custom made to fit the whole housing tho. Not sure why they sold them cut off like that compared to other aftermarket taillights

10 mml spacers all round the height is right in the rear I would drop the front maybe another 20 mm
The squat inbetween the shifts could make the rear rub if you go lower
Depending on how you have your smg set up
Could you keep the Bilstein shocks but go for slightly shorter springs?
tried looking for springs that go lower, but didn't have much luck finding them.

Bro you should manual swap the car and if the V10 gives you a problem while it is really cool and all and sounds super good 👍🏻 I want you to be able to enjoy the car and make content on it that way and go out ripping on it not working about fixing or when something might break or fail. Maybe V8 it still would sound good in my opinion even if it’s t quite the mighty V10 just a thought. Also I have been really liking the content and the videos on the car none the less its a beautiful car and sounds super good 👍🏻 too.
Ive got a 2012 X3 and 2003 M3 and both have skanky center caps. I'm sure it's harsh wheel cleaner

I tend to not really like aftermarket wheels and I don’t know why. But those wheels really look clean on that m5. Not sure why I don’t like aftermarket wheels they all look plain compared to oem

Unpopular opinion. Yokohama is better than Michelin. Stone chips on the centre caps would mean that car driven hard on gravel or burnouts maybe.
