      Do u do the derma roller before or after applying minoxidil?

  • @invertage
    @invertage 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +249

    Im 59, started losing hair 25 yrs ago, taking minoxidil since 40, but still lost hair to the point of needing a hat.
    I had a spine issue at 55 and started using an inversion table and immediately started seeing hair regrowth. At the same I figured Id get serious about my health and scaled into a hardcore longevity regimen, diet, exercise and supplements.
    I have had enough regrowth that i no longer need a hat. I no longer shed hair, I still want more regrowth and will incorporate whatever natural methods I can.
    BTW I do 15 minutes per day on the inversion table. Massage scalp in shower, but now i will add in more massage time out of shower.
    I put peppermint oil with carrier on scalp at nite when sleeping. I stopped taking Minoxidil all together.
    Thanks for the informative video on massaging scalp.

    I been going ham for like 6 months now. My hair definitely looks fuller. My haircuts look way better. My routine is when I wash my hair, I'm using a scalp brush to get the dandruff off as much as possible. I do hand massages for about 3-5 minutes to really get the blood flowing. I make sure my scalp is moving significantly. Then I use my Breo scalp massager until it turns off automatically. The scalp massager really moves my scalp in a shiatsu type of motion. I use it about 10 minutes. I just do it while I'm watching a video like this one. I think 3 x a week is enough to see results in half a year. Of course in this case more is actually better. I try to do it daily. In the beginning I was doing it twice a day.
    That fibrosis is definitely a culprit. A lot of my friends ended up with shiny heads in their late 20's and early 30's were experiencing MPB.

    • @Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw
      @Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Its lymphatic stagnation that causes fibrosis. The massage is allowing the blood to flow through to the hair follicles. Its better to stop cooked foods and eat a raw fruit diet along with your massage routine.

    I watched your 2019 video about a year ago as I laid in my bed worried about my baldness setting in. At that time I was only left with brown thin hairs on my front scalp. I honestly didn't think it would work but I decided to try it that night and I remember having a very uncomfortably itchy scalp. Long story short. Do scalp massage 4-5 min specially in the shower under moderated hot water ! You will see gain in very short time . Never use any kind shampoos. But beneficial planted soaps. But only apply 1 time. Do not wash 2 times. The logic is that scalp need to be moisturized. After shower you need to apply your favourite non greasy lotion or anything . I could find a great mixture includes moringa, clove and hibiscus. You can find it here on TH-cam. Thank me later . We will all succeed 🙌🏻

      Three months is way too short to judge the efficacy of any hair loss treatment. Even six months is not enough, due to the cyclical nature of hair growth and seasonal variations. I would say say at least a year, but probably more like two years, to have any real confidence that it works.

    I'm 31 and my hairline is pulling back. Hair on top of the head is also slightly thining. I figured in a couple years I would have to get hair transplant. I've been using castor and rosemary oil and been derma rolling for a few months. But I haven't seen any results. I will now start head massages with oils and continue to derma roll from time to time. We'll see in a few months if it has any results. I'm not expecting to regrow it but If only i can stop it from falling out further would be good enough to not need hair transplant in the future. Thanks for the advice brother!

    Bow down like muslims when they pray, touch the ground with the top of your head (preferably on a carpet) and make circular motions with your head using your neck. It won't make you tired and the blood can flow trough your scalp more easily. Periodically change the portion of your scalp that touches the ground to be able to work every area of it.

    • @Hairguard
      @Hairguard  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's not necessarily collagen buildup. It's more specifically fibrosis which is a form of highly irregular collagen buildup which occupies the perofollicular space thus reducing growth space for the dermal papilla.

    • @Hairguard
      @Hairguard  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It does. Hair transplants fall out eventually, it just takes 5-10 years if the patient doesn't take finasteride to deal with the onset of fibrosis.

    Hair transplants eventually fall out without finasteride btw.

    • @Hairguard
      @Hairguard  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes this is true.
      Some people claim that the transplanted hair that does fallout is because the hair is taken from a non-safe donor area. But this doesn't explain why all the transplanted hair falls out in this case.
      It is unfortunate, but finasteride is needed to maintain the health of those hairs. Otherwise the DHT + scalp tension causes fibrosis around the hair follicle bulb and we get hair follicle miniaturisation.

    This is silly; blood flow is the main reason we have hair, nails, basically our intire being
    We have to consider the rest of the body ..the places we see hair grow those areas are in constant movement ...
    except for the scalp ...so yea it maybe genetic that some ppl need alil more effort to get the blood to flow more on the scalp so yea scalp massages do grow your hair back
