Thank you Dr. Zaidi. In India most of the weddings take place in the evening. In US where I live, our celebrations are done by 4-6pm but people do take drink. Those eat a lot, mostly heavy weight people. Obesity is a big issue here. Only American food is not spicy, unlike Indian and Mexican. So true as you explained so well all these food how they impact our body at night.
Yes , it's 100% true. I am experiencing this from two weeks. I don't eat after 6 pm. From that day I feel very good. And I have sound sleep in the night. And also feel more energetic from that day. Thank you so much for this valuable information

Better to eat 5 or 6 times a day but small potions. Only eat enough to kill the hunger and no more.. like if you can eat 5 rotis then eat only 2 which should kill your hunger. Dont over indulge
