Your A320neo was actuelly ment to go to S7 airlines in Russia but due to the sanctions ITA got some A320neos and three A220-300 with different cabins then their planes they ordered themselfes. The "standard" ITA A320neo has slightly different seats in Business Class and almost identical seats as your flight in Coach, however the seats are in ITA´s own colour sheme and not this plain gray as your flight.
