My parents were interested in detoxification through chelation and went to clinics for it in the 1970’s through early 90’s.
My mother was particularly wise about natural supplements and kept her healthy into her late 80’s.
When I heard about your journey I have been interested in how you found diagnosis and treatment. Thank you so much for sharing.
Our world continues to contaminate itself in the desire for greed. Not only education but encouragement to seek old world living skills will need to be instilled in our children to sustain our health.
I am a retired RN. Since retiring I have been trying to adapt to more healthy eating and life style. Increasing my gardening skills, the health of the soil, and incorporating more Whole Foods into our diet. I have always loved cooking but working full time didn’t give me time to invest in better cooking habits.
I’m canning more, learning to ferment and watching multiple homesteaders world wide has helped to make changes.
Thank you again for sharing your journey.

A long rinse with water will solve almost any lye issue other than getting it into your eyes (hence, safety protection).

@@elizabethgreen5991go mix your lye outside in a tall pitcher or container with a long spoon. To avoid splashing. Always add lye to the container with the liquid. There’s nothing to it. It does get very hot when mixed around about 200*F. It makes a small amount of gas when you mix just don’t have your face directly over container or breath in the fumes, once mixed it goes away. I was concerned too at one point. Also you can buy premade soap blocks with whatever is in it and melt in microwave. But I’ve never done it.

Everything you talked about in this video was spot on for me. I recently have felt like a huge veil was lifted from my eyes, and I now see the world I live in for what it is…toxic. All those big corporations knowingly selling me toxic products, and there I was just consuming them thinking that no one would ever sell toxic products for a profit 😂😭😭🤯. Welp, now I’ve started my own detox journey (like yesterday). Threw out most of my plastic food containers (kept a few until I can afford to purchase glass ones). Stopped buying products at grocery stores and have done some research about how to get farmers market food. Where I live farmers markets can be 2-3 times the price at the grocery store, so it is a hard choice to make if you’ve got a big family like we do. But I find I’m actually spending less because I’m skipping all the processed junk food that I would buy as I walked down the isles. Thank you for making this video and helping me on my journey. Wish me luck!

Question, how does " being seen" work? I see how to get started, but what if you need " longer term" treatment? Keep purchasing lab bundles? How do you ? Monitor? For progress for lack of a better word. I am interested, but would rather have an idea/ball park idea of the expenses involved. It would be awful to start this, then find we didn't/ can't budget to continue. I hope this makes sense.
Example, we started something like this years ago, advocated for our insurance to cover some costs...but the treatments were SO EXPENSIVE one type pill 500 per month ( that was only one, there were 8 things in protocol) after about a year we couldn't continue. There WAS IMPROVEMENT, but no discussion of less expensive/ more available options were offered. It DID help. I guess I have been searching for 20 years for a " practical" upfront approach. Exotics are fine, but families need affordable too, if it takes a little longer, at least they can afford it. Not sorry we tried it. LEARNED A LOT❤

    1) Go to Bed. 🛌 a lot Earlier than you need to. at 8,9 or 10pm.
    2) Turn Off Your Phone. i Mean totally off.
    3) un-Plug Your Alarm clock.
and Sleep till You Naturally wake up & Feel Rested.
Try and Get in a Natural Rhythm without an alarm clock.
Sleep Will Repair Your Body & Mind if allowed the time.
    Also - " a Apple 🍏 a Day Keeps the Doctor away. "
    4) Take - 1 Good Quality B-Complex Vitamin every day after a Meal for a 25-50% improvement in Mental clarity & Energy.
Try - to eat Organic Fruits & Vegetables that u like as Often as Possible.
Salad - is Good for You.
" Everything in Moderation " as Much as possible.
Fresh Air - is Good For You.
    5) Do Things to Lower Your Stress Level - Stress Kills !!
I Pay All My Bills - Wayyy in advance.
if You notice that You Don't Like Paying All the Big Electric bills / it stresses you out & Other Big bills all together i Divide the average bill by 4 and Just Program My Bill pay service at my bank to send out a tiny check weekly. Like Every Friday. That Way i never receive big bills anymore. i usually end up overpaying & end up with a Credit every month. i Love Receiving All My bills in the Mail When Most of them say - Credit - " Do not Pay ". i Know For Me
Receiving A lot of Bills in the Mail is a Stress point. so i choose to lower that stress point by paying them 1 Month or More in advance.
i Found the Less Bills i Receive in the Mail - the Less Stressed i am. it's Been huge for me!
Went from High Blood pressure to Normal Blood pressure Just doing that.
a Little Exercise & Having Fun is Huge too.
Do Things that are important to YOU !
Get Rid of the People that Bring you down." Tell them - i'm making some changes in my life - and if you don't hear from me - YOU are one of them "
    Hope some of this helps.
edit: 62 years - no doctors except for 2 work injuries.
ok - Not true - i do see a Chiropractor occasionally & Enjoy the Spinal tune up.
    Spinal alignment is Good !

Isn't it funny how most folks deworm their critter-kinds, and although they are often in the same places that those critters are, they do not do so for themselves? Just weird as far as Common Sense goes, but understandable since Modern Med doesn't hardly even skim such in their education process.
I had 3 construction garbage bags full of pantry items of poisonous materials...many of which were used in combinations for everyday meals...Talk about an eye-opener project, which, btw, the neighborhood kids helped me with, since all were recommended for Ritalin at the time (1993?). Been doing the super-checks & detox preventions since. For us, it will be a life-time of adjustments & battling, hopefully, those creating the issues will be exposed & held accountable so our Littles of Tomorrow will be more aware & healthful. Thank you for the wonderful info-filled exchange...sure hope it opens eyes.

Vaxx-ines are a horrible load of metal toxins, so you aren't off on thinking your child was fine at one point. Soooooo many parents have the EXACT same story. Please listen to Robert Kennedy Jr's recent interview on Joe Rogan, he explains exactly why that happens to one in every 32 children now. 😢 If you want more detail, read his book The Real
A nth*ny F@uc¡. That book tells what is happening in our medical system, F DA, NlH, how the "sausage" is really made when it comes to our medical system and how drugs are really developed and how little to, ZERO, testing is being done on vaxxs. He has never been sued for revealing these things, so you know it's true information, as a lawyer he would know. Drug companies have literally ☠ people for messing with their ability to keep making money off of drugs, from people revealing what they're really doing behind the scenes, so it's very telling that RFK Jr has been able to get away with this, this long. I pray he stays safe and alive to keep telling the truth. I know that's a lot, but it's been something I've paid attention to and researched for over 25 years. Dr. Tenpenny has been researching vaxxs for over 23 years, Del Bigtree, been an advocate for parents with vaxx damaged kids, both VERY good sources to look into to learn more.

Carpet glue in a newly placed carpet in an office shut down my airways over a period of several weeks. I had an immediate reaction, but it took weeks to compound to a deadly point. I ended up moving across country to find a doctor who could help me via homeopathic means. I was so blessed to find that doctor, who has since passed.
In addition to a heavy toxic load, a few years later, I was deathly ill from mold toxins... to the point I thought I was going to literally die, and accepted it. My doctor was determined to find the cause and when he did, homeopathics made me feel like a human in 3 days.
Both of these events impacted my thyroid, adrenals, hormones. That grossly impacted my ability to detoxify.
Now I have to watch what air I breathe and what I eat. Never felt better.

Carolyn: Another source of glyphosate may be your laundry detergent and other detergent.
A research team at the University of Tubingen has found that most glyphosate that ends up in European rivers likely does not come from herbicides, as previously assumed; instead it may be the results of additives to detergents. This study has been published in the journal Water Research. Until now the use of glyphosate as a herbicide in agriculture was considered to be the main reason for its presence in bodies of water worldwide. However European reductions measures have not led to any noticeable reduction in the environment. The hypothesis is that certain aminopolyphophonates used in laundry detergents are converted into glyphosate in the sewage sludge of wastewater treatment plants. Read this important report. It explains how glyphosate is migrating into rivers and other water sources.

Case in point, my friends son 40 yo, kept going to the Dr with complaints of not feeling well & repeatedly told he had long covid... this was 5 or 6 times. Until he went to ER after having a seizure! Turns out ALL these issues he's been having were from the tumor in his brain. They determined this tumor has been growing his whole life. He's now 10 days post-op, and he's recovering well. This shows the hard reality (in my opinion) that "long covid" is a made-up diagnosis!

Hi Carolyn, great show today. You mentioned changing coffee to a mold free one. How did you discover the mold in your coffee and which brand did you switch to?

Carolyn, look at your redmond salt…saw a breakdown on it’s composition. It isnt as healthy as we are lead to believe and i know you use it alot to ferment, preserve, etc… scary actually. We have moved to Celtic Salt.

What is your source of info for the breakdown?

Oh yikes! I just searched this and found Lead Safe Mama has a third party test report showing unsafe levels of lead and arsenic. Just published in the past week or so.

You might want to go on a redmonds site and they have it lab tested. You can also email them with your questiond

@@CLJ6755 I'd want to see THIRD PARTY TESTING. I.e. someone with zero skin in the game if the results come back negative. Asking the company making money from the product to post tests of their product is a bit like asking a fox to guard the hen house. Same issue with Berkey filters. Independent testing of both of these companies products shows that the test results THEY post are either out of date of flat out falsified. (By the way, the same applies to essential oil companies. Testing should be outsourced to a third party.) Results I found on salts (not just Redmond but MANY brands) show they are often high in lead, arsenic and other naturally occurring heavy metals, or if from sea water, micro plastics.

What is worse out of chlorine and bpa? Obviously we want neither, but for a period of time where you have to choose one or the other.

How do you know if your coffee has mold unless you just see it?

Can we go more into depth on the mold free coffee brands? Some non-toxic topical skincare, hygiene, and makeup products?
