The Mind of a Chef
Narrated by Executive Producer Anthony Bourdain, The Mind of a Chef combines cooking, travel, history, humor, art and science into a cinematic journey, each episode capturing another glorious flicker from the mind of its subject and focusing on what it truly means to cook, think, create and live in the food-obsessed world that is The Mind of a Chef.
"I don't know how y'all drink that stuff" The guy who runs Pappy Van Winkle said that to 2 chefs. Hilarious.
They put the MOAC on TH-cam? Rejoice! 🎉
I love how this is a PBS show 😂 I missed out on this one growing up! Idk how I never knew?? I lived on PBS
I love that David fell off his chair and nothing was said. 😂😂😂
Political Statement: why would anyone want to defund PBS??? The best shows!!!
I think the first season of that show was the best.
Man I think most of them were fantastic. Magnus Nielsen, David Kinch, Sean Brock, Ed Lee. They were all great imo
The first season set the tone 'cause David Chang is so boss...he's the Man and we all know it
The owner of the bourbon distiller was like a cross between Hunter S Thompson and Mr Lahey
Sean is looking so much better than the last time I saw him, hurrah!
Excellent video. I was in ecstasy. This is a little pedantic but you can't have spam be the lowest denominator and also have gold be the highest denominator. One of them has to be the numerator!
Jim Lahey lives!
It's not illegal to eat horse in the UK.
Horse meat is perfectly legal in the UK 🇬🇧 👌🏻
Shoutout Kentucky!
This episode is why Sean Brock is sober
And a James Beard winner
Funny watching it again after all this time and realizing how obvious it was that Sean was having drinking issues. Casually mentions that after drinking at the distillery he went back to the hotel to drink.
I'd hate to be the editor on this video... getting that fleshtone right when they are drinking like that, "are they supposed to be that red or is the white balance off?"
Hey I appreciate this joke brah
deep fried bacon and cheese duck liver double down...oof
I miss that voice!
These dudes got throwed!!!
Is it me or did the horse sandwich restaurant look god awful?
Hey Sean, first class at cooking school lunch is hygiene
Awesome vid but I want some simple recipes I can do at home!!!! If I owned a restaurant yes but to do this recipe at home no!!!!!
Everything in moderation. Including moderation.
Sticking your hand in it? Where is the health inspector...?
It's alcohol?
@@marypeters1928seriously 😂
Meat glue 🤮
Hot Brown FAIL.
So are they using Anthony Bourdain A.I voice over for this?
Anthony is gone ,, Chef Dave is a hack! Be ashamed using Anthony’s voice and name
But it’s Dave’s tv show
You can't be serious. This is a show from years ago. When Bourdain was alive and he chose Dave to run a show and he narrated. Please just do an inch of research before spewing nonsense like this
this show is literally a decade old and ran with anthony bourdain as an executive producer
Duuuude #areyoureallythatoblivious???
You are 💯 MURICAN!!!! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
In the description says when it was done 2012 ¡
