    Sir,I think this is good but I have a small suggestion, instead of fruits we should take low cal vegetables,like salads with little protein,it will be more helpful if we add apple cider vinegar to the salad or else we can take steamed vegs ,grilled vegs or soup also.fruits have fructose it will also raise sugar and also cause fatty liver....so it is better to take vegs with protein...and eating pattern also first we need to take salads,then protein and last carbs, compulsory probiotic like buttermilk.😊hope it is helpful.
